Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their response is in conflict with what they have been telling me on the phone. Alabama has had problems with predatory alarm companies and now requires them to be registered. I trying to determine if the name change from Alabama Alarm to Alarm Protection Alder was because Alabama Alarm was one of the fraudulent companies. So, first. Alder has only provided one page of a multi-page contract. Please provide a copy of the complete contract.Second, provide documentation that Alabama Alarm was operating legally in Alabama at the time of the 'name change' Sincerely, [redacted]
