Thank you for contacting us, During our research for Ms***? account regarding the contract that was left in the blue book the rep left the agreement was for reference only the agreement she signed was electronic and was Idaho specific, at the time the representative was at Ms [redacted] home we require a welcome survey that contains the terms and conditions of the agreement and Ms [redacted] confirms that she understood each item in the contractHowever, we have already mailed out a check to pay off the remainder of the agreement with MONI on? 2/21/Ms [redacted] has requested that we refund funds back into her account for being double billed by MONI we will refund the $via automatic checking account that we have on file.? ?

The agreement Mr [redacted] signed was for five years, we confirmed that he understood this during a recorded phone call prior to the installation of the alarm systemIn Mr***’s letter he says that this second representative named Jeff M., who he thought was from our company, told him he was there to upgrade his alarm system and proceeded to replace our equipment with his own, even though Mr [redacted] was still in a contract with usBased on these facts this complaint should be filed on the company Jeff Mworks for, Alder / Alarm Protection has done nothing wrong and is unable to settle a dispute between Mr [redacted] and this other alarm companyWe are happy to assist in any way possible but we strongly recommend he contact the company he refers to as [redacted] , LLC to discuss what took place and how to rectify it? ? I have paid over $to this company for a service I did not receive? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received no calls from Adler concerning thisWhen I called to cancel on November 16th and was told I couldn’t the rep I was speaking with asked me what could affordI stated if I was lied to by the sales rep that came to my home and couldn’t cancel the service that $10-$monthly was the most I could do pointing out that I’d canceled my previous security system due to the cost, which was $monthlyAfter much heated discussion about the companies sales reps (Shawn Thompson) dishonesty and my very tight budget, he offered to lower the cost to $40-something, a monthly charge that I told him I couldn’t afford Sincerely, [redacted]
