Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, only if Alder keeps their offer of $39.99 per month for the new contact which I am requesting that they notify Revdex.com and myself of the terms of how many months and they upgrade my panel at NO additional cost to me due to the overbilling, in which I feel I have already paid for the panel from my prospective. I am also requesting they check my back door monitor again due to I have had both of my back patio doors shot out, the most recent one occurring on June 4th and the alarm did not go off with the local police station and nor was I notified. We will needa bank statement showing the processed and settled payment and will release [redacted]from the agreement with alder with no penalty. We will also be sending a shipping label, sothey could send back our equipment.

Revdex.com: The companies name should appear if called. They also already have my email address.  Prior to contacting me, I  would also like Alder to acknowledge through Revdex.com receipt of the contract cancellation notice already faxed (fax receipt showed transmission OK) to them so that there will be no misunderstanding when the five year contract period is up.
