For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I provided a refusal for settlement and was asked in return to provide quotes for the repairs to the propertyUpon submitting them, the resulting settlement amount was increased to cover damages to my items based on weight alone and does not appear to cover the damages to the propertyI had thought when asked for the quotes for repairs that All My Sons would be providing coverage for the damages their employees caused to my propertyI have sent an additional refusal for settlement since it did not cover the repairs needed, the refund for lack of work, or for the replacement cost of the furniture damaged due to their negligent behavior.The continued lack of respect shown to me by this company has frustrated me completelyI have tried working with their Customer Care Team throughout the claims process including sending additional information and quotes as requestedThey have not provided the level of support I have expected nor have they offered an appropriate settlement.Regards,

*** *** I just want to inform you that I also file a complaint with my bank which is *** Bank in reference to case ***I received a credit of the *** back in my account last weekHowever my father has not received the claims form from All My Sons for damaged itemsThe *** return to me was filed under failure to deliver as promisedExample: The move was not completed on that day because we had to finished the next day moving items out of the apartment and this could have resulted from the company telling the guys to shut it down that day of the moveNot sure however the job was not completedHave you heard any more from this company?

What you have listed is exactly the way we quote our customers over the phone, three hour minimum which include one hour of travel time, two hours of labor, after the minimum has been reached we charge in minute incrementsThe customers are only charged for the materials we useWe want all of
our customers to be happy, please accept $*** as an apology

This customer was being evicted from her home, and she was unable to pay for her move, this was in February 2017, we have no liability for this alleged claim

The customer contacted Revdex.com and said that while the business's original offer to refund $***and the customer accepted this as resolution the business has not provided this refund

I’m responding to a letter referencing the above ID#He moved *** *** as she requested on February She called for an estimate, our representative gave her our hourly rate, which was men @$with a hour minimum that included I hour for travel
and a 9% fuel surcharge, which came to $for the minimumWe called to confirm the details a day or two prior, which is a recorded phone call and went over everything with her she was told $was the minimum charge and certainly not a flat rate(She was told this repeatedly) When went out to do the move on the 11th we sent out men at the same quoted rate of $99,(which is a savings of over $140) to help expedite the move for*** ***They performed the move in hours total with the men andeven stayed out there at least e other minutes off the clockAll My Sons did not do anything wrong in this situation, we were honest and up front about all charges and even performed work without getting paid for it, by no means will All My Son, give *** *** a refund of any KindWe apologize for any misunderstanding she might have hadSincerely,

Thank you for your feedback, during our conversation yesterday, the customer expressed that $would settle the matter, we immediately emailed it to them a settlement agreement for that amount per the request of the exact amount the customer requested
