The $50.00 has been refunded to the credit cards [redacted] it takes about 7-10 days to show up on bank statement, please accept my apology for any confusion regarding the refund of the $50.00. Thank you for your time and patience.

Had an amazing experience with this company on two separate occasions. Today James L[redacted], Darrick K[redacted], and DaShawn C[redacted] arrived earlier than scheduled to move my Dad from his town home into a 4th floor apartment at a senior living center. They were all extremely polite, professional, and efficient. Took care when protecting and moving his furniture and even rearranged the furniture placement several times in the new apartment to make sure my Dad was happy with the placement since he would be unable to move the heavy furniture around himself if he changed his mind later. They were a pleasure to work with and made the transition into the senior living center easier for him. It is always great to be treated with genuine care and not just another "customer" to move.

I DID pay for my move. Being evicted from my home has nothing to do with several items being stolen from me. Your quote was off, I was charged over [redacted] for "supplies" and a resolution was achieved and you received my money, moving my stuff into a storage unit after receipt of payment after a quote dispute. Moving my stuff from my home for ANY reason does not give you the right to steal from me.

At this time we will have to bring the claim to our claims review board to see if an increase in offer will be made to our customer. I suggest the customer works directly with the customer care team as they are here to help and reach a reasonable settlement. Right now the final settlement is $1,500.00. The claim will be brought to the claims review board, the turn around time is 30 days for a response to the claim. Again, I encourage the customer to reach out to their customer care specialists, we are located at the business development office in Dallas, TX, we are not with the local branch that moved the customer. The customer care team can be reached 8am-6pm CST Monday- Friday at 866-941-1849.

The customer called Revdex.com and said that they have been waiting to hear from the business regarding this resolution and this has yet to be resolved or addressed further. The customer also stated their calls have gone  un-returned for assistance.

I also reject the notion that I should at this late date and with little progress work directly with a company that has repeatedly ignored my claim and disregarded the promises made to me regarding resolution. I fear that taking the Revdex.com out of the resolution process at this time will drag out this claim even longer, because the company will have no incentive to make it right with me. Revdex.com oversight is crucial.I continue to wonder why, if the company does not believe the validity of the two estimates I received for repairs, that they do not simply apply my claim against the liability insurance I know they carry by law. I cannot cover the $800 difference between the last company offer of $1500, and the lowest bid I received for $2300.Thank you for your assistance.

As of today's date 03.22.2016 my card ending in 0883 has not received a credit of $50.00 as vendor All My Sons stated to your company they would issue me a credit. Please advise. Thank  you, Linda
