The response doesn't address the following issues (1) they could have measured and informed us that treadmill will not fit; (2) they could have brought in mattress protector as they told they will; (3) they could have not intentionally torn a mattress and being so flippant about it; 4) they could have been more careful and not cause property damage; and, (4) they could been non-threatening while asking for more than and paid for amount. I will file the claim but that doesn't address the fact that I as threatened for more than agreed payment, among other things.Regards,*** ***

all my sons did not honor there in home estimate I did what was asked and was charged more than the the in home estimate

The business stated to call the claims department at *** and they will send out a claims packet of informationThey will be able to look it up under the last name of the individual that was moved

I tried to submit this to the Revdex.com but they denied the complaint and I think people who look this company up should know The movers (of them) split up into different parts of the house and my grandmother was unable to supervise them all at once When they were alone they went through boxes and drawers looking for things to steal They stole cash, jewelry, a handgun, and even a new dress shirt in the package which belonged to my recently deceased grandfather Thousands of dollars in real property, not to mention the sentimental values for most of it The property was not recovered by the police and when we contacted the company for their insurance to compensate us, they did not return a single call We eventually called their corporate HQ and after several calls that suddenly ended when I said I was calling to file a claim, I finally got in touch with the head of the claims department, who offered $per pound of property stolen, estimated $ I said that was ridiculous, demanded to speak to whomever he answered to and was put on the phone with a man who identified himself as the president of the entire company He listened to my story, said that obviously that was an unacceptable compensation, told me he would personally take care of this issue and just had to contact the branch manager and the claims department to resolve it and that he would call me later that afternoon with an update, even gave me his direct office number just in case Afternoon came and went, so did the next day, and the weekend I called his direct office number the next monday It was a fake number They have not returned the voicemails nor answered a single email Everyone should know that this is a toxic enterprise, they WILL try to steal from you, and it seems every single person from bottom to top is either complacent or criminally corrupt

This was written to the company on October 17thI gave your company an opportunity to rectify this horrific experience, and after they promised to send someone the following day to assist in moving numerous boxes downstairs, it never happened So let me begin at the beginning I went with your company at considerably more expense because the service would be “exceptional” The service was anything but that Beginning with arriving late One of the movers was performing an inventory about minutes after they arrived, and asked me if I was aware that they should receive a tip It needed to be in the form of cash or a check He suggested per person was customary I told him I did not have $in cash and asked if it could be paid by credit card I felt since we were only minutes into the move that if I did not give them a tip that perhaps my belongings would not bode well I thought that tipping was voluntary, but obviously not with your company I felt much as I would have felt if a waitress asked for a tip before she actually served you your food I called your company and they stated that they were paid to do their job That did not make me feel any better…attitudes changed I then decided I would write them a check for $when we were at the beginning of the move because I felt intimidated I left my apartment at 12:and was told that they had unloaded the storage units and would be finished with my apartment shortly They arrived at my mother’s apartment which is minutes away at 3: According to them they had not had lunch That made no sense to me at all…why did it take them ½ hours to reach my mother’s apartment? I offered to buy them a pizza and they said they were “tired of pizza” I never mentioned food again It took them minutes to load my mother’s furniture and we were on the road at about 4: We arrived in Elizabeth City at about 6PM because of traffic I asked them to please place the boxes and garment boxes in the proper room I am years old and I cannot carry heavy boxes upstairs Everything was labeled very clearly They put boxes wherever they chose and since there was just me I really could not monitor them I then mentioned that the contract stated that they would put together four pieces of furniture At that point one of the movers asked me if I knew that they needed to get back to Richmond sometime tonight It was stated in anger and with sarcasm I said I’m sorry, but that was not my problem I paid for a service and I expected to receive the service He continued to argue with me I then asked them to leave and that I didn’t want them to put anything together Chris stated that they would put the furniture together and instructed them to do so…I wanted them out I felt threatened After they finished with that, I was asked to fill out an evaluation while Chris sat beside me, he said if I didn’t fill it out they could handle it Well now what should I write, the truth or what they were going to complete anyway The next morning I placed a stop payment on the check and called your officeI recounted the entire experienceThe company representative apologized and I was told that someone would come and assist me in moving the boxes downstairsI said that would be helpful I received a call that said it would be the following day and I have not heard back sense This was a horrible experience I will not let this fly I am so outraged that even though it was not my money but my companies I will not rest until someone refunds a portion of our money I will give you hours to respond and after that I will use my media contacts to make sure that no one else has this experience in Hampton Roads I was eventually contacted by the operations manager Justin S*** He offered me $250.00, $and eventually Since my company paid for the move ( I think you can now see how strongly I felt about their horrific service) I agreed to the $for them but wanted $for hiring a handyman to assist me with boxes etc I am a senior citizen and a woman I hope that tells you something about this companyBy the way I have not heard from MrS*** from Oct17, and it's November 1,

The cutsomer contacted the cusotmer care team on 9/7/a claim packet was mailed to the PO BOX provided, we recieved the claim packet back to our office on 10/4/2016, the claim was processed and a settlement agreement was mailed ot the customer on 10/5/The customer care team has a 100% answer ration from 8am-6pm CSTIf you call *** between those times the phone will be answeredI have attached the settlement agreement

The $**.00 has been refunded to the credit cards [redacted] it takes about 7-10 days to show up on bank statement, please accept my apology for any confusion regarding the refund of the $**.00. Thank you for your time and patience.
