I am still waiting for [redacted] to get back with me and/or my wife regarding the weight of the damaged furniture so we can hopefully get this issue resolved as per my last response to replyI contacted her again by email on 10/30/and she responded to me that my claim is under review at this time for the increase in the Lbson the damaged furniture and then I will reply again to the statements from [redacted] 's last reply which are not correct

I reached out to the number and they are going to mail me a claim packet that I will need to mail back in or fax in They already have the information and now because it is not on their forms there is another delay

My wife called [redacted] , Customer Care Group on 11/4/regarding claim to see if she had heard from the review deptregarding the lbs of the furniture being over the ibs they were allowing us that we were disputing as being at least double that amount since I had not heard from them She told my wife she would check on it and call my wife back She never called back so I emailed her on 11/9/ I got an email shortly after from her stating $which was the initial offer was their final offer I emailed her back on 11/10/stating: [redacted] emailed response to Revdex.com on 11/3/15::"If the weights are off even combined weight of 100lbs, I will add $to the offerAgain, I am trying to work with youAs soon as you do that I can reconsider within reasonThank you for your cooperation in sending them to myself or the Customer Care Team." My wife sent you photos, descriptions and measurements and the damaged furniture is probably double but is at least lbsover what you are giving me Are you all going to at least give me the $plus this $in addition to the $you still owe me for the mail box I still have not been paid for a total of $1124.00? I want to get this over with!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am completely unsatisfied with my moving experience with All My Sons as well as the way they chose to handle my complaint After I asked to be reimbursed for half of my move in addition to the money owed to me for the damages, I was ignored by the company This has been going on since early September, so I am willing to accept the offer they have made, which is $ Regards, [redacted] ***

I had a quite pleasant conversation with [redacted] last nightAs he previously stated in the last comment, he did receive the invoices and we did cooperate with his requestThere was some confusion with exactly what he wanted but that has been corrected and I sent him a revised breakdown of everything that he requestedThe breakdown sent the first time showed everything but the materials used on the job and the hours with the rateAs [redacted] stated, he did receive the shipper copy on the day of the move which had everything on it as well [redacted] was not overchargedHe was charged for the hours of labor along with the hour of travel time, the 12% fuel charge and charged for the $of material used On 4/1/at 1:11pm, [redacted] was sent a breakdown of all of the charges that would occur on 4/8/We do this for all of the moves we doWe do this to insure that there is no confusion when the move does comeWe know we can not control whether the customer reviews this but we do send the information to help them We also send an email regarding valuation VS insurance to help educate customers as wellThis allows them to purchase 3rd party insurance if they elect to do soIn this case, [redacted] chose not to purchase any insurance for his move and would be held to $per pound valuation on damages that occurYes, we did receive the pictures from the driver, however, as I explained to [redacted] last night there is a legal process set by the State of Texas on claimsWe are waiting for the written statement and verification to process the claims We have met all of ***s requests and have sent him the invoices as requestedIf there is anything else [redacted] needs he is more then welcome to give me a call and I will gladly help him

The customer has accepted our offer of $500.00, we are forwarding a settlement agreement to reflect the amount accepted

We are happy to report this claim was reviewed by upper management and an increased offer has been approvedThe amount is based on full replacement on the TV and valuation coverage on the glass shelfThe total settlement that will be sent to our customer is $ [redacted]

All My Sons of Fort Worth did a move for ***I want to be the first to apologize that your move was not up to your standards We moved bedrooms that were fully furnished as well as a dining room and living roomOriginally [redacted] was going to only have us take rooms but then on the confirmation call, she decided to add in the Dining room [redacted] asked about the any additional charges, and I explained to her it is all on the hourly rate, so she can use the men as little or as much as she needs themWe are there to service the customer in which we didDuring the move I talked to [redacted] twice and she spoke highly of my men, but when it came time for the payment there were issuesI know moving on a budget is extremely important, that is why we provide our service at the hourly rateThe customer is allowed to control the clock and how much they want to spendWe do track all of our trucks with GPS, and after reviewing the film the truck never stopped between the locationsThe damages were minor and we do have a wonderful claims department who is handling the claimsI want to apologize the move was not to your standards, my customer care team has already sent [redacted] the claims package so we can proceed with the damagesI know [redacted] was upset with the pricing, which at the time was the only issueWe sent her an email days prior to the move, when she booked, that outlined the entire pricing structure and what she will be billed forWe do this with all of our moves to ensure there is no confusionI understand moving is stressful and she could have very easily choose not to read it In those emails it also states the difference between Valuation and InsuranceOn every move in the state of Texas, we are only liable for $per pound valuationWe give the customer the opportunity to purchase insurance for their move if they do choose so as accidents do happenValuation means that if we damage a dresser that weights lbs we are only legally liable for $That is even the example in all of those emailsWe want the customer to be fully aware of everythingWe take pride in being upfront and honest which is the reason we send the emails to outline everything for the move The charges were correct, and I understand there are companies our there a lot cheaper which is understandable that you only paid $Our rates do fluctuate daily, which I can see you booked the move days prior which the rates are higher due to the capacityThere was no flexibility with the move date which we offered to save you moneyAs I stated I know moving with a budget is critical and we will worth with you to get this resolvedYou are more then welcome to give me call anytime to discuss thisI know you were very satisfied with the move up until the bill cameNone of the men who moved her was named ***, I hope she wasn't mixed up with another moving company, but we will get this resolved I know there were minor damages which we will take a look at through the claims processOnce we receive the pictures and the claims packet we will then review itThank you for taking the time to help resolve the issueI will be working with my customer care team to get this taken care of and resolvedI know [redacted] waived her right to purchase any insurance for her move and we will get the claim processed

I thought I included it with my response yesterday The email is [redacted] I spoke with [redacted] in between the three different times it took to get all of my items moved ten milesI sent two emails to the same address because it would not let me attach the pictures to the first one

Even after I called the number to get their forms for filing a claim I am still waiting. This was a full week ago. I know the mail is slow but this is really stalling the process.

I am sorry about your experience not meeting your standardsThe claims department has processed the claim, I know you did not wish to purchase any insurance on your moveWe gave you and provided you with information on how to purchase any insurance for your moveIn the state of Texas, we are only legally liable for $per pound valuation on your move for any damagesThat is with catastrophic loss What that means is that a lb dresser is damaged, we are only legally liable for $of your moveI would love to discuss this with you further to reach a settlementI know we have already overrode the system and had the branch pay for part of the damages I have left you a voicemail and would love to discuss this claimI know we are only liable for $in regards to claim and we above the legal liability for the claim but I am will to discuss with you and see what I can do to helpIf you want, you are more then welcome to give me a call anytime to resolve this claim

All My Sons Moving and Storage moved [redacted] back in November [redacted] did have some damages on his move which we sent him a claims package immediatelyPrior to moving ***, we send him many different documents regarding 3rd party insuranceWe explained to him that he is covered under valuation of $per pound per article for his move [redacted] received emails that explained the difference in valuation and insurance and he elected to waive his right to any insurance I know moving in general is very stressful, we try to eliminate as much stress as possible when it comes to movingIn the event of damages, there is a process to go through [redacted] received the claims package and filled it out with all of the damaged items to be placed under valuation of $per pound valuationThe majority of his items that were damaged were boxes with were PBO (packed by owner)All My Sons Moving and Storage of Fort Worth is not liable for damages that occur to items that are boxed by the ownerThe reason for this is simply because the condition of the contents is unknownThey are not professionally packed Brians valuation came out to $based off of the claims package he returned to usThe initial offer was $because he elected waive any insurance for his moveWe want to take care of our customer and because of the size of the move, we offered Brian $1,which is a lot more than the valuation which he was initially placed underI feel we have made a very generous offer to Brian seeing that we are legally liable for $I feel there is nothing further to settle this claim reasonably as I have tried to personally pay this amount from the branch If you have any questions at all please feel free to give me a call directly

Let me explain to make sure you are clear just incase you did not read the emailsOn any damages, we are legally liable for $per pound valuation, which means if your dresser weighs lbs we are legally liable for $60, which is the example used in the emailValuation on your move is free of chargeWe do provide you the link to purchase insurance for your move if you choose to do so. On 6/27/2015 once your move was scheduled, we sent you an email at 11:AM that stated the difference between Valuation and Insurance for your moveWe do this for your protection as well as ours to give you the opportunity to purchase insurance if you desireIn that email it even provides a direct link to an insurance carried
I know moving is very stressful and we try to help eliminate any issues that arise throughout the moveI am sorry that there was damages on your moveOur Customer Care department is waiting for you to return the claims package so we can process the claims for yourI know moving on budget is something we all do, which is why we do things at the hourly rate, that way you control the clock and how much you want to spend to meet your needsI know we are very detailed and sent all of the information to you via email and over the phone but sometimes it can be overlookedWe are cooperating with you 100% to get the claims handled properly and quickly as possibleAs soon as you return the claims package to us we will process the claim through Valuation
