I am asking that they refund half of the move ($500) in addition to the money owed for the damaged furniture ($400). This amount ($900) would be sufficient in resolving my claim and no further action would be needed. I do not feel that the $for damages (according to AMS's $per pound policy) should affect the amount I am requesting for this grievance.

I am rejecting this response because: I already called and spoke with representatives of the company on more than one occassion, and not only was I yelled at, neither person followed
through with processing the refund they agreed to in either of the conversations At this point, I feel that for my own protection, it is safer for me to only deal with this company in writing through the Revdex.com web site so we have a third-party, objective, participant assisting in the resolution of my complaint

As I have explained to ***, there is a legal process to go through in which they are going throughAs you aware already, these processes are not created by us but by the Texas Department of TransportationI know the claim is being handled properlyLast I saw the claims department was waiting on documents that *** had failed to fill out the first timeI am trying to cooperate and do what is nessesary to speed this process up, but they have to do their part and fill out the proper documents for this to be handled correctly

All My Sons Moving and Storage of Fort Worth did move *** on August 16, There was an accident in which the driver did hit the mailbox in which we did tell *** we would take care of and are willing to do soAs *** was fully aware of on his move, All My Sons Moving and Storage of Fort
Worth is only legally liable for $per pound valuationEvery move that we schedule, we send the email which explains the difference between Valuation and InsuranceWe want to be able to make sure that our customers are comfortable prior to moving themAccidents do happen when moving and that is why we have an insurance company that does support us and our moves based off our reputation*** elected to waive his right to insurance and elected to use the standard valuation of $per pound
*** was told on the completion of the move that we will settle with him the cost of the mailbox and claimsIn the state of Texas all claims are handled togetherOn the day of the move *** paid $1,for the moveWe gave him a $service discount on his move for the inconvenience and are still electing to pay for the mailboxWe over rode the system and are will to settle the claim for the cost of the move.
I have spoken to *** and have tried to resolve the claimWe have never refused to pay for the mailbox or the minor damage to the furnitureWe have been in communication with *** that all of the claims are to be settled as oneHe has refused our offers. We do care about our customers and are trying to work with *** even after I was threatened
I know how stressful moving can be, that is why we have offered to reimburse him for the total of the move***, my team will send over the final settlement offer to you so we can get this resolved The settlement will be for the total cost of the move

I have been in contact with local, state and federal government agencies regarding this matter. The state and federal goverments have both concluded that AMS bears some responcibility in this manner. They have sent me letters and indicated such in their responses-these letters were also sent to AMS It is known that their salesperson acted/presented herself as the broker in this move. I have tried to settle this in a professional manner with this company and yet they refuse- I am sure it has to do with me now living in South Carolina. Since this company failed to provide me any documentation ( requested more than 3 times ) of this move, does not want to settle the damages they committed, they have provided the diretion I now need to pursue.Revdex.com, this complaint will keep going against them. Per the codes of the state and federal governments, this company acted in an unprofessional manner. Their unethical business practices is an insult to all others who operate a business within the confines of the State of Texas

We are not allowed to waive travel time in our organization, if an individual said that, they will be reprimanded for their mistakeThe customer recieved a Quote email on 6/15/at 6:41pm that clearing explained all charges that included travel, also the customer was verbally priced travel on 6/15/

1. In All My Sons letter response to me on the claim, they responded that they were not liable since the household goods were driven by me. This is not true or accurate. The household goods were driven by a professional teamster driver who works for ABF trucking company.2. This letter also states that they could not determine if the goods were damaged while loading or in the drive. This company, All My Sons, does contract work with ABF in the same manner. All My Sons provides the people to pack and load while ABF does the driving. The reason I went this way was because the All My Sons sales person informed me of such working arangement
