Your salesperson was the one who informed, instructed and guilded me to go the way you state. She was part of the entire set up of the move with me. She provided to me on how to set up the pack and load, certain items that should be handled by AMSwhy to have ABF drive and was beside me in my call when settting this move with ABF. She acted as an agent for both companies as she was the one who informed me on how to set up my move- from using AMS on loading and pack as well as informing and assisting me in calling and setting up ABF. Therefore, she acted as an agent for both companies. Based on what I have read and been informed in callsto the Texas DOT, your salesperson crossed the line and became an agent for the entire move ( based on her selling me this set up and also by no one providing me any documentation of what was signed or provided tome for the move- this was requested more tahn three times )

Tell us why here...The customer was originally booked to move on 10/6/16, we could not get in touch with the cusotmer on that day, we attempeted to move cusotmer again on 10/10/16, cutomer advised somehting came up and asked if we could move at 4pm, due to labor laws we were unable to move him based
on the last mintue schedule changeThe customer was then scheduled to move on 10/17/on that day the customer advised he was not ready again and would be ready to move on 10/18/We completed the move on 10/19/16, the deposit did go towards the total cost of the move. All My Sons Moving & Storage did move *** to ArkansasI personally talked to *** many times through out the move while they were loadingHe never expressed any concern about the items being packed or loadedMost of the items we moved were packed by ***, which All My Sons is not
responsible for. I apologize items were broken and I will make sure we get a claims package sent out to ***We have never received a call from him expressing any concern or damagesI wish he would have called my office so I could have taken care of this when it happened but we were never notifiedI take pride in responding to all of my customers concerns as you can see I have yet to not respond to any issue that has rose from a moveI talked to *** twice on the day of the offload and not once did mention anything of damage or the way the men were conducting themselvesThese men are trained and have been with me for about a yearDuring the move the parts to the fridge were placed in a box in which they could not locate on the move dateHad I know about this issue, I would have told *** to call someone out there and have it fixed to send me the invoice, however I have not received any phone call or email from himI would love to work with him to get this resolvedAgain, I apologize to *** that there was some damage during the moveI Even on the night of the offload, once the men were finishing *** expressed to me how great the men wereI am not sure where the turn of events happenedIf its because of the claim, I will gladly work with him and get it handledMy customer care team will be sending out a claims package to get the process started for you

I was told I would be paid for the brick mail box once I had it repaired and sent them the invoice. I emailed them the invoice on 9/7/and emailed them again on 9/12/for status with no replies. I called on 9/21/and was told that they would not pay me for the mail box until I settled with them on the furniture and signed a release form. They only want to give me $for ALL the damaged furniture (WHICH WAS NOT MINOR AND I HAVE PHOTOS SHOWING THIS). They only want to give me lbs at cents per lb but the furniture weights more than double the lbs. My wife called the claim AMS customer Care Term Administrator, *** *** 10/13/and told her this and she asked for photos of the disputed itemsI agree with the entertainment center weight only. My wife emailed her the photos and also the measurements to help determine the correct weight of the items. My wife also let her know that the dresser, Armoire and oversized King bed were all solid cherry so weights a lot more then the lbs. I do not show ever receiving an email which explains valuation and insurance from them and I DID NOT waive the right to insurance since I did not know about it. I was not provided with a written proposal from the movers prior to loading my furniture which I am being told is required by the movers to do. I also did not get a copy of the final bill I was forced to sign and pay before they would start unloading the furniture. I was told I would get a copy of the bill before they left but did not. I finally received a copy of the bill on 9/24/after requests but missing pages 4,7,8,9. I called *** Putman the next day and was told that was all I was getting. The $300.61 service discount was for $139. hr charged but not worked, $for 12% cost of fuel charge I was never told about and $materials for which bubble wrap was not used. They were supposed to be there between 8:and 9:am and showed up at 11:am. Then before they even got started the first driver ran down the brick mail box and totally destroyed it. Then the driver and the movers were arguing about the mail box and who was going to move what room first the who was going to wrap the furniture which took approximately an hour of OUR time that we were charged for. The driver that ran over the mail box then quit because he thought he was going to get fired anyway and called his wife to come and pick him up so they had to call for another driver to come out. I was told the second driver would be right over but did not show up for approxanother hour (which we were being charged for). It also took them approxto minutes to go miles (7 minutes) from pick up to deliver addresses. I am waiting for *** *** to get back with me and/or my wife regarding the weight of the damaged furniture so we can hopefully get this issue resolved

Good morning, thank you for this valuable feedback and the opportunity to respond and expalainAll of our moves are quoted on an hourly basis, the minimum any cusotmer will pay is for hours which includes hour of travel time and two hours of laborA move from a 3rd floor to a 3rd floor will
always take longer than hours, the information provided that they were done with the first stop within hours sound exactly right based on the scope of the move, it should take the movers about hours to get everything into the truck from a bed room aprt on the 3rd floorThe customer was never given an estimate or an amount of time, they were only quoted the hourly rateCustomers recieve phone calls total explaining all of our charges and how we recieve paymentsWe do a QA call about an hour into the move to make sure everything is going wellThe scope of this move and the charges match to exactly how much and how long a move like this would takeThe services were provided and the charges are correctWe hope this explination provided some clarity

I am rejecting this response because: we were told by *** *** the claims department does not over the damage to the yard caused by the moving truck. We were asked to email pictures and told he was going to contract the yard repair through a 3rd party. We have tried contacting him several times and he is now never available to speak to us. He has not responded to the emails and have not returned the messages requesting an update on the repairs. We demand a full refund for the inconvenience and demand our yard to be repaired immediately. See attached pictures. I will file a claim for my damaged furnitureRegards, *** ***
