We have responded to [redacted] but we have not received any response backFrom this complaint, I am not sure why we are not receiving her emails or why she is not receiving oursI will be sending out a return label to send back the green purse and we will issue a refund for the orderThere was a mistake made in our inventory and we are completely out of purple in that specific style until July

A full refund was issued to the customer at their request and the customer has verified that they received it via email on December 6th
