I ordered a purse & wallet set from themThey sent the wrong color so I contacted them & they were going to send a return label & the item that I orderedThey lied! I never received anything from them & they ignored my emails & my boyfriends

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I wanted to inform you that this dispute is not resolved The item was to ship on 4/5, the day the I responded to say that the company's resolution was acceptable We've not received the item or the refund for 50% of the item This situation is absolutely ridiculous and has been in process for monthsI will mention that after I made this order, my credit card information was apparently stolen and the card I used was closed and a new card reissued by the card company, this could be the issue with the refund but it's been days for the item to arrive and it has notSincerely, [redacted]

I ordered a purse, purse/wallet sets and wallet as gifts for myself and of my closest friendsI received an email notification with tracking info, that all of my items had shippedWhen the package was delivered the only item received was the single purseI have emailed and left voicemails....To no availBeing a shipping manager myself, it concerns me that they do not send a packing slip with their ordersI would think as a small company trying to grow their customer base, They would take better care to make sure orders are correctAfter reading the reviews of others that have had the same problem as I, I would not recommend this company to a friendWhich is very unfortunate as they do seem to have a great product but lack greatly on Customer Service

The purse and wallet will still be receivedThe full refund was issued for the inconvenience of the wait

Both orders have been refunded in full because the customer opened a charge back for both orders
