I ordered my items on November 18th, I got an email immediately stating that it would be mailed in 4-business daysTwo weeks later I emailed them asking if I could have a tracking number for my itemsI got an email back a couple days later asking if I had gotten the back order emailWhich I had notShe then told me that my items would be in to ship in two weeksI waited exactly two weeks before I emailed again asking where my items were and I got no responseI emailed again demanding my items or a refund and she then told me once again, the items will be in this last Monday to shipI have been emailing them for days asking What Is going on with my order and they have not responded to any of my emails
