I placed an order for a purse on September 8, Today is January 25, The order said it would ship in 4-daysI have sent several emails, receiving responses of...it will be shipped next week, it is a pre-order and will be shipped on December 12, I even got a tracking number (which was not delivered anywhere close to my address, they will resend it, it will shop tomorrow, etc...the list keeps goingThey had no problem accepting my money on September 9, but can't send out the productVery disappointed!

This order has been fully shipped and received on November 2nd along with three additional items including a wallet, ring and koozie and the tracking number is [redacted]

I placed an order on December 9th of with this companyThey have yet to send my orderI made contact with them one time and they said they would be shipping my order the next day, they then sent me a UPS tracking number for a package that never shipped
