I submitted an order with this company on January 22, I ordered two items, a Galaxy Scamo phone case and braceletSeveral weeks went by and no email was sent out with shipping and tracking infoI emailed the company multiple times, via main email and contact via websiteSome emails went through, others I just got blank repliesA month passes before I was told tracking number wasn't showing anything and that she would have to resend orderI asked for shipping/tracking info when shipped but a week passes and nothingThat was on February 23rdMarch 7th, I emailed and asked for a refund and was given no apology and was simply told that they would issue a refundTwo weeks later, and no refundThey are also unresponsive on their Facebook page and do not reply to comments
