I am rejecting this response because:I have a case that just closed with you on this company, ID# ***, They replied that they mailed a Check out on July 11th and it would be here on July 16th and it is now July 21st and still no signs of a checkI am going to be pressing fraud charges against this company if something isn't fixedI called the company's phone and it's a cell phone and I got forwarded to voicemailI am not a happy customer

I am rejecting this response because: as of today, no refund has shown on the card I used to purchase this item. Normall that is what happens on any credit card purchase and since the business
did not state how they are refunding me, I cant wait to see if they mailed it with the return label cause that will take over days and again, I was already told once that they sent a replacement and return label but that was never done
