First off-BEAUTIFUL PACKAGING! My order arrived within 4 days of ordering in mailing bag that resembled a Christmas wrapping paper. Talk about Christmas in my mailbox. The purse and lingerie set I got are beautiful and excellent quality. I had a few questions before ordering and the owner was very pleasant and helpful with all of my questions. I will most definitely be recommending All Things Country to others!

I ordered a shirt at the end of May. By July I emailed them because I had not received it yet and they replied with asking if I had received the email about it being on back order. It is now November and I still haven't received it. So I asked for a refund and now I'm just waiting to see if it goes through.

I am rejecting this response because:I still have not received 3 of my items. The tracking numbers that are in this message are items that have been already been delivered. I am still waiting on 3 things. What do I have to do to get my things? I am becoming very irritated and I do not appreciate this in the least little bit.

I am rejecting this response because:  the ONLY reason a refund was given to me was because My bank fought the charge!!!!   So the company did NOT credit me back without being forced!!!

The return label for this order was sent on March 14th, at 11am central time. I had an emergency with my son and I was not able to send it earlier that morning as I had expected. The customer returned the set and a full refund was issued on March 16th in the total amount of $55.99

This is being shipped today by one day mail and will be delivered on October 11th 2016 as well as a 50% refund was issued
