As they have now resent missing item.im not happy with the time it took to receive the goods and I was even more aggravated to find that the 1 thing I really wanted wasnt in there. Hello [redacted]. I saw that my resolution to a complaint was not submitted and was closed as unresolved although it has been resolved with the customer. I am rejecting this response because:The tracking number that All Things Country llc provided me with was incorrect. I just got off the phone with the United States Postal...
Service and they stated that with the tracking number they gave me was a package that was going to a person with a totally different name in Arizona and I live in Idaho. I feel this is really deceitful of this company to give me inaccurate information, knowing this wasn't my package. I want my purse and now I want a partial refund for the the mess they have caused. Attached is a snapshot of the tracking number they provided me with through the Revdex.com.

As noted in complaint I didn't receive everything I paid for I received the purse but not the wallet this is almost a yr later...
and still nothing they stated they didn't have the wallet and would send a different one in its place that never happened

This order was cancelled and a full refund was issued because a chargeback was opened on the order
This order is being shipped on October 18th and a 50% refund has been issued for the inconvience of the long wait

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them on 12/28, never got them. They claimed that the post office tried to deliver and were going to send them back to them and that they would then send them to me. I complained so they supposedly mailed them to me again on 1/27. they sent me a tracking number this time that only shows them dropping them off. USPS has no record of receiving them. It has been another 8 days. RIDICULOUS!! I will never do business with them again and am requesting a refund ASAP!!!
