We have responded to [redacted] but we have not received any response back. From this complaint, I am not sure why we are not receiving her emails or why she is not receiving ours. mistake made in our inventory and we are completely out of purple in that specific style until July.

After talking with the customer, she has agreed to let us send the two items along with a partial refund of $38 that has been issued. The tracking for the two items is [redacted]
