A full refund in the amount of $33.99 USD on the [redacted] ending in [redacted]

We did not get our shipment in when we expected. A full refund was issued in the amount of $86.98 to Visa ending in [redacted] on November 31st

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is not resolved. The company said they sent the refund and a return address label on the 26th and provided that tracking number but when you bring up the tracking number it shows that the pre tracking information was received by USPS but that the package hasn't been mailed yet! This is an ongoing problem with this company. It's been 7 days since they said that they created that shipment and as of today USPS has no record of picking it up yet from the company. This complaint is still open and I'm very frustrated.

I am rejecting this response because: the shipping label was created in 8-28 but USPS has not received the item to be shipped to me. I have been tracking it everyday and still nothing. I have even email the seller and no response again.

We have responded to [redacted] but we have not received any response back. From this complaint, I am not sure why we are not receiving her emails or why she is not receiving ours. mistake made in our inventory and we are completely out of purple in that specific style until July.

I am rejecting this response because: One issue is they are trying to send the refund to a card that is no longer active and I need an alternate refund. Also, I only received an email for $25.00 of the $80+ amount of items.
