rejecting this response because: I am having problems getting all of my things that I paid for. This is not my first complaint. I have a previous complaint and I just recieved some of the things I paid for but am still missing 2 things. I have paid for these items and I would like them. If they dont want to do that then they can refund my money. I am still missing my flip flops and my sunglasses.I either want what I paid for or I want my money.

After filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, I emailed all things country and western see attached. I was never offered a 50% refund for the long wait. I was issued a full refund that I have not received conformation of from my credit card. I still would like to have the purse and wallet. All I asked is for someone to keep me informed instead I was ignored. The response I received offered no alternatives. If you would like to see all the emails I have saved them. I would like to know if I can still receive the purse and wallet?

I am rejecting this response because: I no longer want the product as it was not furnished in a timely matter along with no response from the company for my concerns. I would like a refund...
as it was ordered over 30 days ago. Reviewing Revdex.com and their history of not getting products and charging for shipping products without sending to customers, I no longer want or support their actions of fraud. I do not think they would have responded if I had not notified my concern with Revdex.com.
