I am rejecting this response because: They flat out told me on the phone that there was no plan at their business for $19 per month.

We would like the opportunity to speak with Mr. [redacted] directly to address his concerns. If it is acceptable to him we can have a member of our Customer Success Team reach out to him directly. If this is fine we will reach out to the phone number provided to discuss things with him.

Dear Ms. [redacted], Once again, we are sorry to hear about your recent poor experience with one of our insurance quote properties.  We understand that you are upset that our site indicated plans from $19/month and that you were not eligible for one of those plans.  We strive to provide the most accurate possible information on our sites and with our call center agents.  We apologize if the pricing on our sites was confusing.  Since there are consumers that may be eligible for plans starting at $19/month, (including children), we are unable, at this time, to change the language on our site.   Please do not hesitate to reach out with further questions or concerns. Thank you.

We are happy to refund the charges that Ms. [redacted] has however we are not showing the same transactions in our payment system. If she could contact our Customer Success Team we would be happy to review things with her to make sure any differences are reconciled and resolved.

provide between 3-5 competitive quotes. In order to accomplish that we will share the contact information provided to us in accordance with the terms and privacy policy on our website. 
We are not in the business of reselling consumer contact information for individuals who do not want to be contacted by licensed insurance agents/agencies.
Having said this we have attempted to validate the contact information Ms. [redacted] provided to the Revdex.com of [redacted] and have found no record of that number in our databases.  Is there a different number or email address that she is being contacted through that she can provide to us?  If so then we can find that record within our database and add Ms [redacted] to our Do Not Call List.

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke to a manager after filing this complaint and was informed that all 6 leads would be returned to our folio. Again there has been a breakdown in the communication within your company. I will not be utilizing your services again, and Farmers corporate will be informed of the issues we've had with All Web Leads. Please correct this issue as I was informed it would be previously.

We do not have an account with him directly per his company's corporate direction. However,  we have escalated this concern with our liaison there. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The number I placed with the Revdex.com is a work number and I'd prefer not to give this company my phone number - as it found my number once and sold it to insurance agencies.  All agencies that have called me were told to stop and they have.  I advised them to not purchase numbers from businesses that skim them off of the internet - as the participants were not willingly giving their numbers.  I urged them that if they want quality sources or clients to not cold call - especially when those numbers are getting dozens a day from businesses like this that skim the internet.  I have accepted the Revdex.com and the company's response as satisfactory simply due to the fact that I do not want to be bothered with this anymore.
