Review: I purchase an item from A4C Aug **, 2014 where the item was listed as Seller refurbished meaning that everything would be working ( as I thought ) on this item which was a Samsung BD-C6500 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player w/ Universal Remote - Black player And when I received the item the item was defective did not work for only the online worked on it DVD/Blueray disk part did not work at all So I wrote to the seller and asked them to return it for a refund and at first there was no response till I made a complaint to [redacted] with there Resolution Center then from there I have receive one response from them saying that they were sending me an RMA for the return refund which I have the receipt from the post office where I sent it back to them where they have also receive the package back and I have email proof from the post office also I have photo proof of the receipt that I also sent to the seller to prove that I mailed it.. I have been writing to these people for the past couple days now asking and letting them know that the package is there and they have not responded at all I have even spoke with [redacted] and paypal and they are not able to do anything All I ask is that I get my refund from them please & Thank youDesired Settlement: I am asking for my refund from them which is $39.95 for a Samsung BD-C6500 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player w/ Universal Remote - Black playerLink as follows :[redacted]

I purchased a refurbished IPAD 3rd Generation from A4C for my 9 year old daughter on Christmas when she opened the IPAD And tried to take a pictures Christmas morning the Camera was NOT FUNCTIONING ... Then The home button was NOT WORKING PROPERLY .. I was extremely disappointed . Along with my daughter . I tried for two days to call CUSTOMER SERVICE and could not get through. I waited on the phone to be disconnected multiple times after long wait times. I responded by emails and finally got a response. I asked if they could please just send me another IPad 3 that is working properly and 3 days later was told they don't have any . They could refund me when they receive the old .. You try telling that to your 9 year old. Daughter .... Santa screwed up this year .... Thanks a lot A4C

Review: I ordered a refurbished mp3 player for a Christmas gift. The item's volume was inoperable. I wanted to notify the company and get instructions as to how to return the item and get a full refund (shipping included). I tried on several occasions to call but was left holding for inordinate amounts of time. I finally emailed them on 3 separate occasions (if you need the emails I will be happy to make them available). On the last email I advised them that if I did not here from them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I discovered, too late, that this company has other complaints about not responding to customers' concerns. I even left a message of their ** page. This is the link to the product purchased: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be given instructions on how to return this item with a guarantee of full refund which should include shipping. I would also like some kind of acknowledgement from them that they will change how they do business, i.e. selling products that do not work. I read many complaints (after the fact) that this seems to be their M.O.)

I purchased an iPad charger and it stopped working after a few weeks. They are either selling fake Apple products or refurbished ones. I mailed them and they never responded.
