All Good Plumbing started a gas leaking job days ago and they didn't finish itI have to call them every day to find out what'she going on, but they don't respondI don't have gas for almost a month because of my mistake hiring these guysI called hours ago this guy is still in meeting
Don't make mistakes what I did

I was very pleased with every aspect of Allgood's service from the time I called until Mike responded He quickly diagnosed the problem and even fixed a couple of other plumbing and electrical issues that were not on the original list He is very professional and great to work with!

I based my selection of Allgood Plumbing based on my research of on line reviews and I was not disappointed in my choiceFrom the time I called Allgood requesting service until the job was completed, I was provided with excellent customer serviceThe serviceman was very professional and experienced in the plumbing businessPrior to the repair he explained my repair options and the cost of each optionMy issue was resolved to my complete satisfactionThough the appointment time given by Allgood was not met, they periodically called to give me an update and that they were working to get a serviceman out as soon as possibleI would use Allgood again for my plumbing needs

As friendly as customer service seems to be, they gave me the run around They promised me things and basically lied to me My bill was incorrect they charged me much more than I was promised and when I confronted them they promised to resolve the problem with a refund check that did not come I went with this business through trust Dale and Angie's List It makes me mistrust Dale's judgement I may be one of the majority that feels mistreated and lied to, but good customer service and problem resolution should apply to everyone I was mislead by the plumber and lied to by customer service, who promised to compensate me for the "misunderstanding" I will not use Allgood Plumbing again!

Taylor G was an excellent technician to work withHe came out three consecutive days to resolve my problem with my A/CHe was enjoyable to work with and very reliable

The company is expensive, but very good

ALLGOOD has done electrical work at my home twice The electricians were friendly, competent, arrived timely and solved several problems - some of which included incorrect prior work done by another electrician from a different company On the most recent visit, the Allgood electrician spent an extra amount of time to ensure a thorough and positive result in a pesky problem with one of my ceiling fans I give Allgood high grades!

Quick response, knowledgeable technician, work done correctly

Allgood has been very easy to work with and has staff dedicated to providing excellent communication and service Overall I am very happy with their team and the work performed by the tech He was prompt and worked quickly and efficiently He took the time to explain his work and why he made the recommendations he made My only negative feedback is on price The price was much higher than I expected (but I don't hire plumbers every day) With that said he did accept the coupon item I asked about and honoured a $discount on the spot
Overall I would say that Allgood was a good experience (even with the higher than expected price) I would rather pay for excellence than get a cheap contractor who disappears after completing the job; only to never find him when I need him due to a problem later down the road!

I needed to get a quote and much needed work at my home this past week so decided to try Allgood Plumbing after reading the reviews Terry, the technician can out promptly to access the issue After a diagnosis Terry explained what needed to be done and explained my options This all was completed in a timely manner and felt like I received the best job possible I now know who will be taking care of all my home needs Thank you Allgood and *** ***

I called Allgood this morning for a couple of plumbing problems Brent was here when he said he would be and fixed both toilets efficiently after explaining what needed to be done I so appreciated the rapid response and detailed information I will be recommending Allgood, and especially Brent, to everyone I know Thanks, again!

We experienced a water leak due to a Pressure Regulator Valve going bad and causing a water supply line to blow off The Office Staff was extremely helpful and prioritized our emergency, sending Ken *** out in short order Beat the competition hands down He diagnosed and got the repair done quickly and gave us some great helpful advice at the same time We could not be happier with Allgood!

David arrived on scheduleHe examined our faucet problem and told me that since it was a Kohler, I had a lifetime warranty on partsHe told me the parts to order and to call him when I received them and he would come back and them There was no charge for this visit

Jonathan arrived in time frame I was told He fixed a leak on my whole house water system tank It took him less than hr Very professional and a very personable young man This is my 2nd time using Allgood and both times had a very positive experience w/both technicians I would highly rcommend to anyone and will call them again if needed

I was serviced by technicians from the Allgood Plumbing & Electric Company on 3/16/The Plumber Technician, Mark Berryhill and the Service Technician, Jack V***,both were very prompt and extremely efficient as highly skilled professionals
My kitchen faucet and new electrical GFC outlets were replaced with easeI was very please with the service that was provided by both of them and would recommend their services to my family, friends and neighbors as wellI would like to thank the both of them for services well rendered
