We discovered a water leak in the front foundation of our homeCalled Allgood based on a great recommendation from one of our close friends, and they worked us into their schedule that same day Mark Bshowed up in the afternoon and worked diligently to get it all completed by that eveningHe showed us exactly where the leak was located after digging up a pretty deep area He had to work also on the pipe from the inside of our completed basement area I thought the downstairs would be a complete mess when he finished, but to my surprise, he put down drop cloths and we did not have clean anything We've never seen that before!!! He was very careful to show us what he was doing along the way and answered all our questionsWe feel very comfortable with the jobHe had to dig up three of our shrubs and was very careful to get them back in the same place and add back all the pine strawWe would highly recommend Allgood, and be sure to ask for Mark B if he is available ***

The service was for inspecting the A/C system as part of a service agreement I purchasedI received a call the day before and day of the appointment to confirmThe technician, Tim, arrived shortly after I received a call that he was on his wayHe was professional and knowledgeable He did not find anything wrong with the system but did advise of some things that may need to be addressed next summerThis did not surprise me due to the age of the unit

Allgood replaced my water heater. They were prompt, clear in what to expect and completed the work quickly. I would recommend them.

I needed a new cooktop installed in my kitchen island, which entailed widening the cutout and rewiring to increase the amps from 30 to 40. Elijah came out and gave me an estimate and when the new cooktop arrived, he returned to do the work. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he needed to do, showed me all the work once it was completed and cleaned up everything before he left. He also took away my old cooktop and the box the new cooktop came in.

Gareth, the technician that thoroughly assessed the plumbing within my house, was extremely professional. Gareth was on time and was dressed professionally. The Allgood office called 45 minutes prior to Gareth's arrival and following Gareth called 30 minutes before he arrived to inform me of his expected arrival time. The technician came equipped with company business cards, drove the company vehicle, and was dressed in company uniform. Moreover, he was polite, expressed immediate knowledge of the issue, addressed all of my concerns, worked in a timely manner, and identified other present issues within my home without being asked to do so. Following the thorough assessment, my technician provided me with pricing before completing any work and left estimates for all future work requested. Additionally, he immediately recommended to help with providing a restoration company to complete the additional repairs presently needed.
It is comforting to know that if needed in the future, I can trust and assure my home repairs with Allgood company!
