The service representative and the comfort consultant were very nice. They were courteous and extremely helpful in solving our HVAC problem. The issue was investigated and the options were presented and explained to us. The comfort consultant presented us with several solution options and answered all of our questions.

I have received excellent service from Allgood since the first day I called them earlier this week. They sent a technician out to replace one of our AC units first thing this morning. He did an exceptional job of talking me through all of our repair/restorative/replacement options. It was such a pleasant experience that we will be giving them all of our plumbing, electric, heating, & cooling business. Thank you!

We woke to the smell of something electrical burning in our bedroom. Firemen cleared the house but said to get an electrician right out. Allgood cleared an opening and had someone out within a few hours. I got a call telling me right when he would arrive. He was polite, knowledgeable, and right to work. He checked all the wiring in our bedroom and discovered that it was a burnt out motor in our ceiling fan. He quoted replacing it, but my husband was up for that part of the job. We were very grateful and very satisfied with the service and the price.

Yesterday Mark from Allgood Plumbing had to install a New Faucet and I could not be any happier with the Service I received. I am a senior citizen and I have Never seen a Repairman go out of the way to repair whatever Problem that you might have. Mark actually went to Home Depot with my husband to pick out a New Faucet for me. I don't know about your experiences, But this is unusual from my other repair situations. Oh, and by the way, the very first time Mark came to my House, he also ran up to Home Depot because he needed a part to help out with my repair problem. My husband and I are so happy with Brian M.'s electric work! We called Allgood and they set up an appointment for the same day. Brian was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly! He helped us understand our options for creating an electrical line for our new dishwasher and worked with us to find the safest, cheapest way to go about it. After giving us the exact quote for the final price, he went right to work, and after several hours showed us exactly what he did and how it works. We are so happy we decided to go with Allgood, and can confidently recommend Brian M. for electric work.

When I called Allgood, a live person answered the phone. She was very courteous and scheduled a plumber to come out the next day to repair our leaky tub faucet. A part had to be ordered, but the repair was done soon after. No more leaky faucet!

The technician Jack V was excellent- called ahead, showed up as planned, was courteous and personable, clearly knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing, was efficient and left area clean -all good!

Jack V. from Allgood was wonderful! He was so friendly and professional and the work he did was exceptional. I made sure to ask what other services Allgood provides before he left, because the next time we need something that they provide, we won't even have to think about which company to call! Couldn't be more pleased!

Allgood wanted close to $800 to install a basic shower faucet (labor only, as I had all the parts). Per the plumber's admission, this was about a 2-hour job, coming out to almost $400/hr.

When I conveyed that I thought the price was outrageous, the plumber responded that they charge a "flat rate" per each job type, and don't charge by the hour (of course they started negotiating discounts, but nowhere near a reasonable price - which I believe should be somewhere around $250-350 for a 2-hour job labor only).

But here's the real frustrating (and in my opinion, unethical) catch: the dispatcher refused to even ballpark this apparently standard flat rate when I asked for it prior to the plumber coming out. So in the end, I refused service, and Allgood was able to pick up their $40 appointment fee for showing up. The price was so outrageous that my suspicion is that Allgood deliberately high-balled me in order to get me to refuse, quickly collect $40, and move on to a more lucrative project that had arisen.

What ever happened to reasonably priced work, and not feeling like I'm dealing with a used car salesman? Maybe the next time a plumber, electrician, etc. needs services in my field, I'll charge them a nice "standard" flat rate 3-4 times greater than the value of my work, as they should obviously be able to afford it.
