I really like Allgood Plumbing This is the second time I have used them Their service people are very professional and I feel like I can believe what they tell me and that they will give me the most cost effective solution to my problem Their office staff is also helpful and they show up on time when they make an appointment with you I would give them a top rating

Excellent customer service Confirmed appointment Showed up on time Plumber told me what needed to be done & how much it would cost Did a very neat job & cleaned up after himself Was expensive but isn't it always?!

Lex ** came out and did an electrical inspection for me He had a couple of recommendations one of which was surge protection for the house He added a panel and installed the protection and provided information as to how it worked He was so professional (and tolerated my dogs sniffing around) Thanks!

Rich came out and gave us an on-the-spot estimate for services we needed done at our home After we confirmed this reasonable price, we approved for him to do the work He immediately got to work with electrical issues; and worked tirelessly for more than hours until the job was complete Afterwards, he cleaned up our home, took me and husband around and showed us exactly what he did (The same thing he told us he would do in the beginning) We are very pleased to highly recommend Rich for other jobs, as he did a very good job

We are very happy with the service that Russell provided for us today I was not having a good day after hearing that I needed extensive work done on my air conditioning unit Russell came in immediately after the air conditioning guy He had a great attitude and started work immediately He installed the new faucet and showed me how to use it Afterwards, he noticed that my garbage disposal was acting up I told him it was broken and I'd probably have to replace it He took a look at it and realized someone had accidentally dropped a dime into the garbage disposalRussell removed the dime and within a few minutes, the garbage disposal was back in action
I didn't think anything could improve my mood after hearing about my air conditioning problem, but before Russell left, I was smiling and feeling hopeful again Thanks for the great work and even better attitudemade me remember that life is about 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you deal with it We plan to use All Good Plumbing for additional projects at our house and hopefully we'll work with Russell again

I contacted Allgood for an electricianI wanted an outlet moved over 16in so that I could put in a dog doorBrian came out, quoted me a price that I thought was extremely high, and I commented on it as suchBrian then said he would deduct an amount equal to a coupon that Allgood had in effectThat brought the cost down about 15%, but still double what I had anticipatedI was desperate to get the door in, so I agreed to the price It took about 10-minutes to move the outlet I was very happy with Brian, it was the company's price for his work that I was unhappy withI had scheduled Allgood to sent out an AC tech for the next dayWell, I waited until pm, then decided to call Allgood to let them know how unhappy I wasI told the person on the phone how ridiculous the charge for the electrician had been and that I had waited all day for the AC techI told them I was filling a complaint, and the women on the phone told me she would have someone call me back Another woman called me later and said she wanted to make me happy She said she would send me a partial refund for the electrician's charge, give me a free service call, and put me at the top of the list for the AC tech Well, again the AC tech did not arrive at the designated time and I have not received a check for my partial refundNeedless to say, I am very upset with this company
