When making appt, I specifically stated that we needed someone to check the wiring in our security system. We were told there was probably a damaged wire and all we wanted was to have it replaced before Comcast could install any additional equipment to our current system. They said they could do that. But when tech came, he did look the system over but stated that they did not service any thing low voltage and did not even have low voltage wiring in his company vehicle. We were still required to pay the $39 for the trip to the house. Wish they would have told me they couldn't do any low voltage work. We would have saved $39. The tech was great; it was not his problem and we would highly recommend him.

[redacted] from Allgood Plumbing & Electric was incredibly capable, polite, and attentive. I had struggling with gas leaks for 20 days. He calmly listened to me, as I explained how 5 Georgia Natural Gas technicians and 3 other plumbers came out to address my problem to no avail. After making sure he understood everything I had to say, he went above and beyond to resolve my problem, double and triple-checking to make sure there were no more gas leaks. I give him the highest recommendation.

Positive was technician was friendly and on time. Job was a little pricer than I expected, but the technician did a great job and offered to come back if we have any issues since it is not dark yet and we can't tell optimal position for the motion detectors.

Prompt upon arrival, very considerate to let me know what his time of arrival will be. Professional appearance, so glad his vehicle was clearly identifying the company name. Gave me an accurate estimate and diagnosed my problem accurately. Gave me options of repair and replacement of my faucet. Very hard worker and worked diligently until the repair was complete. cleaned up debris before leaving. I will definitely call him back for future use.

Technician was very knowledgeable, experienced in his field and explained everything in lamens terms so I understood what was going on. Strongly recommend Algood Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

This is the first time we have used Allgood's Plumbing Services although we have used their electrical service before. In all cases the work has been great. The personal is knowledgeable and pleasant. The way the service allows you to call the service provider directly to schedule and appointment is unusual but very helpful because it allows you as a customer to feel you are working with someone who knows your specific home and its needs. Both Brian and Tommie were the best combination of personal and professional. As del the rates are very well explained in advance and very reasonable. I would recommend them without reservation at any time.

Brian very quickly identified the cause of the strange electrical problems I was experiencing in my home and offered solutions. The option I chose was promptly & professionally installed and the problem solved. Brian also saw indications that there might be an additional problem with the outside feed line. He contacted Cobb EMC which confirmed and corrected the outside problem. Allgood (and Brian) will most certainly be my go-to company for electrical issues.

Allgood charged me $327.50 to fix a 1" copper tee that was easily accessible. I think that is too much. The Technician was courteous, and it looks like the service was done properly. I believe the price was too high; I am not sure if I will use Allgood again. Below is my receipt for the services from Allgood plumbing:
"Repair 1/2" or 3/4" Copper Line exposed up to 1' no warranty on well system with
copper $327.50."
I had originally asked for [redacted] to be used, and the Tech said the price would be "significantly more." I would suggest that you watch out for Allgood's pricing strategy.

Called Allgood Plumbing for service work on a toilet because the tank would not stop running. When Matt S[redacted] got there he showed me the problem and gave me an estimate for the work done and cost. We agreed to the terms and he did not have the parts available, so he made a short trip to s plumbing distributor instead of Home Depot for the parts which in turn saved me some money. Since my other toilet was the same model and age we agreed to have that done too since it also had deteriorated gaskets. Very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism showed by Matt. Will definitely ask for him next time.

I used Allgood plumbing, electric, heating and air for an electric inspection. The representative was professional, on time and thorough. He check every outlet in my house (a lot) and gave me a clean bill of health.
I would recommend this company 100% for any electric issues. I give this company A+

The technician, Jack V, was quick and very helpful! Pricing of initial visit was better than another company quoted and availability was better.
