It is nice to work with folks that are professional , great customer service , care about what they do , prompt and informative about what they are working on so you know just what is going on They have a high standard from the first phone call to the end of the job Honest and reasonable I would recommend them to anyone , I will use them again

Elijah just visited my home to address electrical issues My wife and I are thrilled with the service that Elijah provided He spent the time uncovering possible issues and ruling out the main breaker in the house His suggestions of addressing power strips in my office first then provided a quote that if the simple fixes did not fix the problem provided a quote to replace the older receptacles
Elijah took the time to explain all the alternative fixes and the worse case scenario and all involved of replacing the meter, but was sure that I understood all the less expensive fixes to rule out problems to avoid very costly repairs
Trustworthy and pleasant would be my description of Elijah and very fair pricing for the diagnosis I would not hesitate to recommend his and Allgood's services for any further electrical repairs or references to my friends/family
