We have reshipped the items customer stated she was missing from the original order We processed the order to ship overnight at no additional cost and made every attempt to ship the order on Friday, however, the order shipped the following Monday with overnight shipping Customer stated she needed black pants, wine pant and green pant We processed a reshipment for black pants (one came in a set so an extra top was sent) green pant, wine pants to go with the wine tops customer received in errorWhen customer called our customer service again stating she will need another pair of black pants, we processed the reshipment for those pants as well

Revdex.com: I accept your offerHowever, I thought you'd be willing to compensate me for this uncalled for lengthy refund process by giving me the shipping & handling for the order

Allheart.com has the worst customer service I have ever experiencedThey shipped my stethoscope, after being back ordered for 4'weeks and had the engraved name misspelled!!!! I returned it weeks ago and am still waiting for a replacement Responses to emails are sporadic and they have very little to say STAY AWAY FROM ALLHEART

With all information provided about the customer, I am still unable to find an order or an account for himAfter reviewing the attachments, it appears his biggest complaint is regarding the shipping and handling chargesThe shipping and handling fees are listed clearly under the FAQ

Terrible customer servicePlace order for sets of scrubsOne set came with pants that were not as advertisedCustomer service acknowledged this fact but refused an exchange because I had to top that accompanied it embroideredNOT THE PANTS! just the topWrote a letter to customer service explaining only wanted to exchange for what was advertisedThey flat out refused!

I ordered $of scrubs (tops and bottoms) on April 26, On May 7, I received a package with $of nursing suppliesI sent a couple of emails without a responseI called customer service on May 10th and the representative said to send that package back and she would send my scrubsI sent more emails with the tracking number of the package that I sent back for verificationdays later I called customer service to follow up and the representative said my scrubs would be sent next day airI then received a package but only had one of my items in itI called again on May 17th to check the status and was told my scrubs have not been sentHe could not find any information about my package being incorrect and would not let me directly speak to a supervisor.He said there was nothing that he could do but he could give someone else my numberEven if this mishap gets corrected, I have lost all trust and respect in this company, because I have been repeatedly lied to

I purchased scrubs off this site because they had the best deals and most optionsReviews I saw were goodOnce purchased I ended up not needing the scrubs and requested my shipment to be cancelled since it had not been set to be sent yetThey denied, so when I received them I tried to make them work and they unfortunately were way to big even tho the sizing chart is what I went off ofSo I sent them backThat's were the main issues startedIt took multiple contacts to even get someone to response to meThey informed me I would be refunded in business days (this was weeks after returning)Those days came and goneI contacted them more times and threatened to just report them as fraud to my credit card if they don't refund me, before I finally got another email saying they re-refunded the moneyAnd after all the issues I am still being charged for the return (which is ridiculous at this point since I paid $in shipping and another $to return)They really need to not say that returns will be fully refunded if they really aren'tThey also need better customer service because it's ridiculous it's taking so long to get my money backI just want people to know what they are getting in to when buying from Allheart

My experience with Allheart has been very positiveI placed an order with them and had a couple of customer service issuesThe first issue was that I thought my order processed multiple times and had been charged to my credit card more than once, and the second issue was about overnight shippingBoth times I emailed customer service they responded very quickly and resolved the problemThey were very courteous in their responseVery positive experience and I will continue to buy from them in the future

This customer emailed our customer service department on 7/6/and asked how to make a return. We advised the customer how to return their package. We have received no further communication from this customer. Tracking the return label shows it was scanned by USPS
on 7/27/with no movement since. We are contacting cusotmer for exchange or refund resolution

I ordered a pair of scrubs on November 23rd, I received the scrubs on December 6th, only to find they were too bigI immediately went to my local post office to send back the scrubs with the exchange forms and shipping label that was providedIt is now January 3rd, and I still have not received the exchangeI haven't gotten any emails saying they received my orderNothingI contacted customer service and they keep telling me to call them back at the end of the week as the order should be processed by thenI have called them back countless time asking where my scrubs are and now they are trying to say they never got my scrubs sent back and they cant refund me until I can provide them with a shipping numberI will be cancelling this payment through my credit card company and I feel sorry for those like me who thought this well known website would be trustworthyI will never order scrubs from this website againI should not have to wait months to get scrubs I ordered in November!!!

The customer placed their order on Sunday 7/5 and emailed customer service on Sunday. allheart is not open on Sundays. The email was received and answered on Monday 7/The order had already processed and was unable to be changed. We did advise the customer.
Our F.A.Q's regarding changing or canceling an order does state "We use automated order processing and warehouse systems to provide you with the fastest service possible, so we may not be able to cancel or modify your order before it is processed" We have reached out to the cusotmer again to offer further assistance

The item had never been shipped since playing my order on 5/20/Despite not having shipped the order, they would not let me cancel and refund my money, claiming it was being "processed." On 6/23/after receiving my complaint the business responded indicating I would receive a refund of my orderI have not yet received the refundInstead, they shipped the item on 6/29/I no longer need this item this long after I ordered it as I have purchased a similar item elsewhereI indicated to the business that I intend to return the itemTheir return policy states they do not refund shipping chargesI never wanted this item shipped and I demand that they return my full amount immediatelyI want a full refund including all shipping charges
