HAVE CATS WITH RINGWORM FROM RESCUE KITTEN ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT RW KNOWS HOW FAST IT SPREADSORDERED ANTI FUNGAL LAUNDRY ADDITIVE ON A THUR BY MONI CHECKED STATUS - IT WAS LOST IN THE MAIL SPOKE TO REP FOR MINS AND SHE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD OVERNIGHT THE SOAP IT NEVER CAME, CHECKED STATUS, SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN DAYS, NOT OVERNIGHT CALLED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR, WAITED MINS, HUNG UP CHECKED STATUS AGAIN TODAY AND IT WAS BUMPED TO ANOTHER DAYS OF WAITING I SHOULD (BUT WHO KNOWS) RECEIVE IT NOW DAYS AFTER ORDERINGCALLED AND SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR, SHE TOLD ME THE MANAGER REMOVED THE OVERNIGHT FEE (WITHOUT TELLING ME) AND JUST SENT IT REGULAR MAIL I ASKED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, I NEEDED THIS STUFF THE DAY I ORDERED IT! SHE SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME SHE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN GIVEN THEM A ONE STAR, BUT I HAD TO GIVE THEM SOMETHING IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

I purchased medication for my kitten and paid for the hour shipping as I needed the medication right away I could not find the medication in Las Vegas so I was willing to pay more for the shipping then the price of the medication just so I would get it tomorrow
I received an email from Allivet saying that they sent authorization to my vet but when I called my vet they had never received it I called Allivet and they said they would contact the vet but I said that I would stay on the phone until they called the vet while I wait so I know that it was processed as I needed it the next day
She got authorization but then told me that it would take 24-hours to process the order!!!!
I was furiousThat is so misleading when you pay $for overnight service and then you have to wait 24-hours for them to process it and THEN you the will send it overnight I talked to a supervisor and she said that she could not rush the processing and could not talk to the pharmacy so they obviously must have an outside pharmacy that does the orders
I told her that they need to change the website to have a disclaimer that you HAVE to wait 24-hours for the medication to be processed BEFORE you get the overnight service that you are paying a high price for! This is so wrong especially when you are paying for overnight service!
