Excellent service and prices!

First time using site easy to use haven't received order yet so we will see Prices are good

My vet had me order medication through Allivet because I only needed a small number of pills and all the bottles she had stocked at her office had about times that numberShe also thought that ordering from them should save me some money by buying a smaller bottleAllivet charged me almost as much in shipping as the medication costs, bringing the amount back up to what I would have paid buying the larger bottle from my vetAnd that was for 3-business day shipping - could have paid much more for faster shippingThen they didn't tell me the medication was out of stock, so I waited around for it for over weeks, thinking it was just the long ship timeI finally called to ask for an update, and they said it had just shipped the day before (so now I get to wait another 3-business days) due to it being out of stockThankfully this wasn't anything dire, but I won't use them again and I'm going to tell my vet she shouldn't refer her other clients there either

I do not recommend them at allThey have charged my credit card twice nowA month ago I was going to place an order but my vet refused to work with a as they have had problems in the past with them I canceled the orderThey still continue to send request to my vet even though they have toldone them no and I havetimes nowThey charged my account anyways told me days it's been still no refundNow today they charged me again I called flipping out she said oh were sorry the agent didn't remove it so that's why you got charged againSo now I'm still waiting for my money back $This is ridiculous I have already received my pets medicine from *** So happy with them prices are cheap, overnight shipping and even sent my pup a bone in the boxStay away from allivetHorrible company horrible customer service

I ordered from Allivet for first time for Heartguard I set up acct online and billing etc and they send my package I call March 20, to check on status and was told it is enroute to me and we verified address Next think I know im checking tracking and its on the way back to Allivet! I call them and they claimed only address I gave was ABOVE GARAGE???? I pull up my account and what do you know! theres my address Someone in Shipping didnt put it on the label they created so my stuff is sent back I have to go through another vet approval for this and days to get my money back from previous I asked them to resend the original to the address on file and they just did refund Not to pleased for my first order They dont listen or pay attention and do what they want I will be going somewhere else *** ***

I have ordered Rx meds for my dog several times from Allivet They have good prices and fast serviceThis time I saved cents per pill over what my vet charges When I'm ordering of them, that makes a huge difference! Typically I can find a coupon too! This time, with my $off coupon and per pill difference, I save $36.12!

If I could give stars I wouldDecided to order here instead of petmeds, because it was discountedI selected I would mail my prescription, received daily email that they were awaiting confirmation from my vetOrder finally went through and stated shipped on 12/1/for month supplyChecked back on 12/(because it says 5-business days) and tracking never updated, customer care said it was "lost in the mail"They recreated an order for only month supply and said it was shipped ups dayGot a call from the pharmacy tech saying it was "out of stock" and would be an additional 5-business daysI requested to cancel and be refundedHowever, they canceled and refunded my "reshipped" order for $0, not the initial orderI'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card and now have to go get a new prescription from the vetStay with a more reputable company!!! These people don't know what they're doing!

I had placed an order on 10/for prednisone and doxycycline for my dogWhile Allivet was waiting for the vet prescription to be faxed, I found the prednisone $cheaper at my local walmartI emailed them on 10/to cancel the prednisone off of my order, stating I found it cheaper, and if they wanted to match it I could buy from them, otherwise cancel the orderOn 10/my order shipped for doxycycline ONLY and the receipt shows the prednisone was canceledNow, fast forward months, I receive a package from allivet for prednisone and my card gets dinged for $I email them and explain I never ordered this item, and had canceled the prednisone; inquiring why did I receive thisThey stated it was an auto ship orderHow can you even receive an auto ship order when the initial order was canceled, when you have emails stating cancel the prednisone - cancel the complete order - so how can you auto ship something when the original order canceled!!! I went back and forth with their customer service for several days, and then calledHold times, ridiculous - to wait for a supervisor is a joke, because they are "on the phone with another customer"Of course they are, because the people answering your emails, and fraudulently filling orders that were canceled - and answering the phones - CANNOT HELP YOU The rep, YOMI, came back on the phone and said "My supervisor said to dispute it with your credit card company" Overall, don't do business with this company - I canceled this item, I have the emails to prove it - why would they think it would be ok to charge a card again, on an order originally canceled in the first place? The Revdex.com rates them a F, and Yelp reviews say the same from all reviews posted - read them first!! Do not deal with these peopleThankfully, my credit card company just provided a permanent credit for me, that easily - but I want others to know NOT to deal with this company
