The website is cumbersome taking up to seconds to respond to commands from both clicks and keystrokesThe Search feature only responds to exact spellings one letter off on some Prescription drug and you have to go find the dumb box it came in so it's letter perfectI'd give them a B- at best

Found this company today when searching dog pharmacy, the site was very easy to use and set upafter I found the medicine I needed which was more than $per pill less than my vet and petmeds I looked for generic triheart + and pill form nexgard(better than the messy frontline +)
all much cheaper than what I was getting Hope they live up to a great beginning that I have had

Placed an order for medication for my horsePaid extra to have it shipped 3-days as it was time sensitiveI received an email days after purchase that my order was cancelled at my requestWhen I called to inform them I never requested the cancellation, I was told it was a "risk" order and they cancelled the order for me to contact themWhen I asked what a "risk" order meant, an explanation was not availableI asked for the medication to be sent overnight; however, they needed my credit card information againSomething just doesn't seem right about any of thisTaking an order, guaranteeing it's delivery, and then cancelling it at their discretion then requesting my CC number over the phone like it wasn't already on file?? All while my horse suffers without the medicationI suspect any positive reviews of this company are paid for by the company itself
