expired, as of June 30, 2015 but as a courtesy since she stated she had previously contacted us, we decided to give her a credit totaling of $184.65
for the 7 roses that failed to survive. Since the 7 roses span over 2 different orders and 2 different [redacted] cards we will credit the amount of $128.75 back to her [redacted] ending in [redacted] for 5 of the roses and $55.90 to her [redacted] ending in [redacted] for 2 of the roses.   Please convey our apologies to [redacted] for any

At the time the order was placed, March 9th the plants were in stock. I have seen them in garden centers yet I do not have my plants. If they filled the order when they received it, I wouldn't be on the back order list and my plants would be setting roots and buds for the garden show I have on June 3rd. I did not receive any notice that these were back-ordered at anytime or I would have selected different varieties.

let me begin by apologizing for the difficulties surrounding the order. We pride ourselves on delivering top quality products and service in a timely fashion, but on this order our goal was not achieved. Our records indicate we received the order via the website on 1/06/15 and the order was partially shipped on 1/13/15 and 2/18/15 via [redacted]. We are sorry to learn the Blackberry plants have failed to grow as expected. Unfortunately, the Blackberry Triple Crown are unavailable for replacement, therefore in accordance with our guarantee we have issued a merchandise credit in the amount of $[redacted]. The merchandise credit number is [redacted] and can be redeemed on a future order. Upon review our records indicate the order total was $[redacted] which included the merchandise subtotal of [redacted] plus the shipping charges of $[redacted]. The gift certificate [redacted] was applied to the order in the amount of $[redacted] which left $[redacted] to be charge to the respective charge account. In addition, the customer was billed on 2 separate days for the remaining balance. The first billing was on 1/13/15 for $[redacted] and the second on 2/18/15 for $[redacted]. Upon review it appears the customer was overbilled by $[redacted]. Our accounting department has issued a refund back to the visa card on file for $[redacted] and ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We would like to assure you that what happened in this case is not typical of our level of customer service. has experienced with getting shipping information on the order. Upon researching our records indicate the order shipped on 4/8/15 via mail innovations and will be delivered by the local [redacted] carrier. The tracking number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, the [redacted] does not provide tracking information on orders shipped in this manner. It normally takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.
We pride ourselves on delivering top quality plants and products in a timely fashion. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer. We ask that [redacted] please contact us if the order has not been received by Thursday 4/23/15 to request a replacement or credit on the order.
