Unfortunately his Cephalotaxus Yewtopia plant is on back order and delaying the shipment. As a result, I have flagged his order to split ship all available items ASAP. We apologize that he has not received a response from his email inquiries. During the peak season we can fall behind on responding to emails due to the sheer volume of emails received daily. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I will not accept a company credit that forces me to extract my three year old refund by making yet another purchase from a company that proves it does not deliver the products it promotes.I have absolutely no interest in making another purchase from this company and feel that three years of my uncompensated time spent in anticipation of blooming Primrose lilacs is not something I wish to repeat.I will accept a prompt full cash refund either by check or money order.

the website on 3/23/15 and delivered via ups surepost on 4/10/15 with free shipping. The tracking number is [redacted]. [redacted]'s charge card was billed $[redacted] on 4/7/15. Jackson and Perkins bases it shipping schedule on the USDA hardiness zone recommendations. The USDA Hardiness Zone recommendations are intended to be used as guidelines only. The zones are determined by the average low temperatures, at any given zip code, and do not take into consideration such variables as altitude, micro climate conditions, summer heat, etc. We apologize if [redacted] was advised via the website the order would be shipped by Easter. Unfortunately, this information was incorrect. We pride ourselves in offering the upmost service to our customers and will not settle for less. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. We ship at the best time for planting and our expert horticulturist staff determines the proper planting time in each region of the country. As customer courtesy we have issued [redacted] a merchandise credit for the rose due to the misinformation received in regards to the shipping of the order. Part of my order has not yet been shipped.I would not be so perturbed if the people at the business had had the courtesy to respond to any of my emails. And it seems odd that the only thing they respond to is a note from the Revdex.com. I won't push the complaint further in any formal way but this is my real reaction. And I sincerely do thank you for your help in getting at least part of my order to me. Now we'll see whether it actually arrives.

I am so very sorry that no one has reached out to Mr. [redacted] since that time and resolved this for him. I have adjusted his order to refund him for the 9 roses that failed to survive. Mrs. [redacted] rose delivered on April 27th, 2016, therefore the Guarantee expiration date was July 27th, 2016. [redacted] did not contact us about the rose failing to grow until August 22nd 2016 well past the expiration date of her guarantee. She stated the 1 [redacted] tree rose is alive.  We are refunding her for the remaining 8 roses in the amount of $238.60. Please let me begin by apologizing for...

the difficulties surrounding delivery and condition of [redacted] order. Upon review, our records indicate on 1/30/15 and order was placed via the website for 12 roses. On 2/3/15 11 of the roses shipped via [redacted] and on 2/4/15 the 1 remaining rose shipped [redacted]. Unfortunately, the roses were ordered outside of the recommended growing zone for [redacted] area. Based on the USDA [redacted] is located in a hardiness/growing zone 12. The hardiness zone for the roses on the order range from zone 4 to 10 and would have made it difficult for the roses to thrive or survive.
Our guarantee states:
We guarantee all Jackson & Perkins plant products to be high quality, true to type, shipped properly, and to perform as advertised. If your plant has received our recommended care and doesn't perform to your satisfaction, notify us and we will replace it free of charge or provide the cost of the product as credit toward a future purchase.
If any product was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.
To ensure that each living product has adequate opportunity to perform, we've established the following guidelines for reporting other problems:
•Roses, bulbs, perennials, trees, and shrubs: ?For plants received in Spring, contact us by June 30th of the year received
?For plants received in Fall, contact us by June 30th of the year after receipt.
Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation.
However, as a one time customer courtesy we have issued [redacted] a refund back of $286.87 for the 11 roses arriving in poor condition to the charge account on file. We ask that [redacted] please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to process. When placing future orders with Jackson and Perkins we ask that [redacted] please be aware of the recommended hardiness zones of any plant product requested.
