Thank you to all of the staff at Alumni Support Center. They were patient and they were able to answer my questions and respond to my emails in a timely manner. I am very grateful for them.

Today I spoke with your representative K Johnson. I have spoken with many student loan forgiveness specialists from different programs, however NEVER anyone as informed, forthcoming, insightful, understanding and accommodating as Mr. Johnson.
This representative helped me not only lower my initial few payments for when I am ready, but also guaranteed the fact that he would keep me up-to-date on any changes in so far as laws concerning the handlings of both federal and private student loans. I could not ask for more!!

For a long time that I’ve been tried to talk to someone about my student’s loan and the people kept hanging up the phone on me. They Don’t even listened to what I am saying. So, finally today someone so kind and respectful listens to me today and resolved the problems of my student loan for me.
I’m so great full for Robert who’s answer the after Angel hang up on me.

I recently talked with these people about my student loans and didn't even know the Navient had been doing things wrong. Had no idea that there was a law suit against them. But I called the number and talked with Frank and within an hour he took care of things for me. This guy is such a professional person and would recommend him to anyone needing this help. I also spoke with Christian along the way but I dealt with Frank on the call. I am so glad that I called this number back because I thought it was just another crazy call from bots.
