Alumni Support Center

So I've been paying on my loans for about 4 years now. Never missed a payment. Never fell delinquent. But I was NEVER informed about the PSLF program. I work at a non profit agency and have been here for years now. Thanks to alumni for setting me up and getting me situated into the program. Just wish I was told this a while back

I felt as if I were never going to get out from under my student debt. For 4 years I was unable to make any kind of
payment and it was a nightmare. Because of Alumni Support that weight has now been lifted off my shoulders.
They have wonderful customer service as well.

Jacob Reiner was exceedingly helpful with educating me about my present loan managing company with whom I have negative amortization from high interest rates, and my options for a better payment program.

I still have concerns about the debt shown “on paper” due to this negative amortization but I am pleased to be moving into a program with some debt forgiveness since my parent plus loan load is now over 50% interest.

This is amongst the best of the programs I’ve seen for those of us with excessive interest charges on college costs. I am entering it cautiously optimistic.

My wife got help with her student loans through alumni support center. We were so stressed. She just graduated school and not making enough to pay on her loans. Everything went smooth and Melissa was awesome

This one is for Mark!

Ok so I'm going to be honest, at first I was pretty skeptical since I never herd of these programs that could lower my payment and get my loans forgiven within time.... At first I called alumni and Mark helped me with my enrollment. He explained everything to where I UNDERSTAND it which was awesome.

The guilty part now comes.... I called back to cancel their service because I couldn't believe it for a minute. Mark was really patient with me and told me to do my research and gave me information on the program. He went above further and asked his manager if they would process my enrollment application to show me the work before taking any payments. Of course I agreed, I mean what did I have to lose?? I was already in default.... dealing with collection agency is no fun at all... those collection agency people just wanted to take my money!!

So about 2-3 weeks went by and I got a letter letting me know my loans have been paid off to the collection agency and now is in good standing with a loan servicer... I was thrilled!! So of course I called alumni support center back and apologized hehe, sorry guys.

In a nutshell, I recommend this company because they went above and beyond for me and got me in a better position!

Alumni Support Center has been fantastic in helping with my school loan. Jeffery T, Jazmine E, and Jessica T have been very professional in our every interaction. Thank you so much to the Alumni team for helping me get out of the mess I was in and making sure I am always helped when needed. I was with Navient and Greatlakes and neither wanted to help me enroll into an IBR they just let me go into default and collect fees.Thanks Alumni Support Center for all the help of getting me out of that mess!

Timeline of my experience:

Alumni called me, I was not interested

I got a garnishment letter out of no where from my employer and started to freak out.

I called alumni back lol.., luckily I still has it on my caller id.

Pretty much there rehabilitation department was able to stop my garnishment!! Boy I was reallu happy. Now they said they will be able to put me in aa federal government program for hardship after they get me out of default and help my credit aswelll... thank god!!

Alumni Support Center was great at explaining the whole process of getting my loans consolidated. Angel Esparza and Jessica Tapia have been amazing guiding me through the process and most importantly they were very patient and kind. Wonderful customer service. I would recommend them to my close friends and family.

For the past 15 months Alumni Support Center has been assisting me with my student loan debt. They have recertified me for the second year of reduced payments based on income. The previous service provider (Navient) to my loans cheated me and made me very leery to accept any help from another servicing company. However alumni support center has been professional and prompt in taking care of my student loan account. Thank you Christian and your coworkers. You?ve made my life much easier.

So far, things are going well as they assisted me with obtaining a forebearance while applying for a lower student loan payment, which was granted.

I worked with James Borras and he has been a great help. He was able to give me lot's of information. Especially to help me through my loan. I am looking forward to continue working with him. I would definitely refer him to anyone else I know that needs help.
