The people I worked with at Alumni Support Center were amazing. They were always available and helpful. Very trustworthy company. They really came through for me.

I was very skeptical that this was a scam. However, Kevin was very patient with me and sent me all of the information I needed to put my mind at ease, which I really appreciated. He didnt push to gry my SSN and was very communicative and easy to talk to. I did not qualify for this program, but I'm happy to know that programs like this are available. Thanks for the help! I highly recommend seeing if you qualify.

However, the 3rd party told my client that it would take six to eight weeks to resolve issue.

Jake was a lot of help. He explained to me what my options were and it was really a no brainer to get into an income base program to get my loans discharged. He was patient with me and did not pressure me into signing up. This company has really be knowledgeable and amazing with helping me understand my loans. I no longer have to keep using my Forebearances and build up on more interest. I can go to sleep easy knowing I do not have to worry about my loans.

I love this company, they left me a vm talking about how I may qualify for Loan Forgiveness and I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first. After Jake had walked me through the Federal Register and showed me, I got to see with my own two eyes that there are forgiveness programs where an average guy like me can get my loans forgiven in 20 years. Sure I was a little disappointed that it is gonna take that long to get my loans forgiven, but at least my payments are under $30 and I do not have to do much since Alumni is handling all of the footwork. Really give them a shot, whats the worst that can happen?

The stress of student loans has been upon me and my family for over a decade now...
We felt as if there was no way we would be able to pay off these loans ourselves. Not without pulling out more loans and putting ourselves more in debt. Luckily, we received a surprising call from Alumni Support and we were left an automated message regarding student loan forgiveness. We didn't even know our family was able to get this type of help. When we found out we were possibly eligible for the help, we got in contact with Alumni Support within the next day or two and got enrolled into the forgiveness program the very same day.
Alumni Support was a gift to my family and I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done for us!

My sister and I both got our loans taken care of by Kevin from Alumni Support Center. He was very thorough with the explanation of the programs and even told us what our payments would look like before and after the program itself. I thank him for being understanding of our financial situation, and although we did not enroll today, we are looking to stay in contact with this company in order to ensure that we get these loans taken care of in the near future!

Federal Student loans are honestly a pain but I am glad I called Alumni Support Center just due to the fact they did what they said would be done. I am completely enrolled and now have one less thing to worry about. Recommend them if you don't know where to go or who to trust.

Katy was helping me with my annual idr application. She was awesome and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable and could answer every question I had. Would highly recommend them.

So I've been paying on my loans for about 4 years now. Never missed a payment. Never fell delinquent. But I was NEVER informed about the PSLF program. I work at a non profit agency and have been here for years now. Thanks to alumni for setting me up and getting me situated into the program. Just wish I was told this a while back
