I don't think that they are a scam. I was able to successfully consolidate my loans through them. The reason I went through them, as I take my car to a mechanic (to fix the issues we always need an expert). They know the programs in and out and to be honest I didn't even know these programs existed until they explained everything clearly. My loans are now in IDR with a $0 payment. Yes, $795.00 isn't cheap but it is worth it knowing that this is being taken care of for you correctly.

I believe this company is a scam. They have taken serve hundreds of dollars from me posing as a student loan forgiveness company. I'd like to verify that they are not a legitimate business. The Department of Edcation feels the are not legit because it is not true that the loan is forgiven after 240 months.Thank you.

We are a legitimate company. We are a document preparation/processing company that focus on student loan repayment options.
Please note the program is very real. We do not know if you talked to a servicer (which is a private company subcontracted by the department of education, which multiple servicers are getting sued by the u.s department of education for not informing correct information, processing documents incorrectly etc ) or a u.s department of education official…(Which if you truly did, then im sure the information given to you would be more accurate).
We have provided a link for you to read about the program from a government website source (.gov). We also made it easier for you and snippet a part of the document to show you. You are always welcome to google about the program and will be able to see the legitimacy of the program.
