This company started out making me very nervous because of having to pay them $166 a month for 6 months and then $29.99 a month for 20 years to forgive my student loans, but Matthew Cervantez assured me that it was not a fraud so I trusted him. Then I heard from NelNet and they told me that Alumni Association was a fraud, so I came on here and read the reviews of both companies and I found that Alumni Association have far more positive reviews so Im sticking with them. Matthew is great at answering questions and being helpful I think Ive made the right decision.

This company really helped my son with his debt and also got him out of default. They are a legitimate service. Jenny Chen was awesome to work with. She is so pleasant and always got back to me immediately when ever I had questions.

Matthew with ASC was amazing! He was thorough and informative. A couple of years ago I was misled and ripped off by another company. Drowning in student loan debt, Matthew provided me with complete information and encouraged me to ask any and all questions of him. He stated that ASC would prove to be the kind of reputable agency I was looking for. The detailed information allowed me to properly vet his company and with direct contact information I could get any residual questions answered. A month later, after signing paperwork and joining the program, I called Matthew again. He responded quickly and immediately provided me with the information needed.

I have been plagued with calls from these companies and ASC has been the only one to provide me with the support and assistance I needed.

Honestly, if I am going to pay for this type of help, ASC is the only company I would trust and recommend. Ask for Matthew. You won't be disappointed.
