Horrible company to deal withWorst than poor customer service, if you get them to answer a phone you're luck and they will probably hang up on youThey don't update their website for trackingThey say they will give you a min notice prior to arrival but don'tThey left wood and Styrofoam all over my front yard from the shipping container (that's not the box the product was in or anything inside the box it's all the exterior packing they use to secure it in their trucks)I would never use this company again nor buy anything from anyone that uses them for shipping their product

Delivery was supposed to be Saturday between PM and 7PM We arrived home to wait and at 5:I saw a missed call I tried to call back and after numerous attempts the driver answered at 6:and said he came by but we weren't home We never received at knock at the door or doorbell ring The driver said "you have to reschedule next week, I am already at home" Customer service for trucking company was nonexistent, they offered to reschedule days later They were paid in advance for installation of my appliances and refunded the installation charges and said they would deliver but not install?!?! How is that any help at all?

Cali and Cesar delivered my new refrigerator They took great care of my house and property Cali put the handles on the doors for me while Cesar broke the box down Cali also checked to make sure the water dispenser was working and explained that I should run it until it is clear I'm very pleased with their professionalism and curtesy

The appliance arrived within the hour time frame It was carried into the house quickly, efficiently, carefully by friendly deliverymen, even gave helpful information on installing the slide in range since we were doing it ourselves

They keep backordering my freight delivery and won't provide me any written confirmation of delivery dateWith nothing in writing for a scheduled delivery date from AM Home Delivery it leaves me with no proof of conversation and therefore it's my word against theirs

I had to write because after hearing all the complaints, I was expecting nothing but problems! I had an excellent delivery from AMHomeThey called to tell me the hour time window and they called me one hour before they arrived as I had requestedThe delivery men were great and pleasant
Contrary to many others, I had no problems with this company
They were very professional and I would recommend them

I ordered a refrigerator from ** ***, who had AM Trucking deliver and install the new refrigerator and take away the old refrigerator
The AM Trucking delivery broke my dishwasher and inflicted other damages
• Broke dishwasherBent front door so that it doesn't close or open properlyGuessing happened while working with refrigerator water line?
• Refrigerator door was scratched during installation (removing and attaching refrigerator handle?) and left protective plastic under refrigerator handle (refrigerator handle must be removed again to remove protective plastic)
• Front door damaged multiple waysDoor jam wood piece broke awayScrew missing from hingeAlarm sensor broke and missing
• Damage to kitchen wall corner from refrigerator installation/removal
• Garbage left all over, including cutting blade on front porch, screws on floor, used paper towels on floor behind refrigerator, and plastic left attached behind refrigerator (fire hazard?)

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I wish I could give this company zero stars, and more than anything to have not had to work with themI can't comment on the actual delivery of my item because I still haven't received itIt's taken the company more than weeks to ship a couch from NY to ChicagoIf I had known it would have taken them that long I could have rented a truck and driven to NY to pick it up myself! I have called them numerous times for a status update as the original delivery date has come and goneOn my first few calls, no one could tell me anything about the status or when it would be delivered; granted I need to know this in order to be home to receive the package, since it's a piece of furnitureFinally, I was able to get an answer that the product is less than miles from my houseStill, the best answer on an actual delivery time that I can get is "sometime in another week." This is absolutely ridiculous by even the lowest standardsIf you're furnishing your home, make sure you don't use AM Home Delivery & Trucking
