I am only giving them a 2 because the product was NOT damaged, but wverything about the delivery was awful! First off they tell you when they are going to deliver...the day before. So this is what happeded to me. They were suppose to deliver Monday the [redacted] at 2-6pm. 6:30pm and still no delivery or phone call so I called them. I was informed the driver was running late and would be there by 7:30. The delivery never showed and I never received a call.

The next day I call and they informed me that the driver got hurt and it would be delivered by the end of the week. I never received a phone call so I called Friday the [redacted] and was informed that it would be dispatched on Monday the [redacted]. I call Monday moring to confirm the window time of delivery and was informed again it would be at the end of the week. I informed them I have to work two 18hr shift Wednesday and Thursday and those days are not good. I was informed they deliver when it is convenient for them not me! Wednesday I received a phone call informing me they are going to deliver Thursday between 3pm and 7pm and I was told once again I was what was convenient for them not me. So I had my wife come home early from work to receive the shipment. I called at 6:30pm and was told the driver was running 2hrs late and would be there until 8pm. The truck finally showed up at 8:30.

I will never use this shipping company or order anything that will be delivered via this company.

Review: I was given tracking information several days ago, and there has been no updates. Still says pending pickup. I contacted the seller and they advised me it was supposed to have been picked up for delivery yesterday. However after calling customer service I have no answers. The man said that he had no idea if it had been picked up, and if it had no clue if and when the syst would update that information. That makes no sense they have to have normal time frames established for how long it takes to update. I asked when it would be delivered he said he had no clue but likely by Feb **. I asked for a supervisor to get more information, and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Then the man got back on the phone being rude and interrupting me. He said nobody is available. Then he proceeded to say that that person a supervisor does not exist. I can't believe the responses. He basically said there are no supervisors that are there, and they can't do anything for me as they have other people to service. I told him I am as important as any of their other customers, and need to find out about my delivery. He transferred me twoce, and both times I heard people talking about me in background they they would just put me on hold. I sat on hold for over an hour, and they just left me there with no reponses. This is unprofessional, and very unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want delivery of my order as immediate as possible, and expect the condition to be new as I ordered it. I expect a call back explaining what is the exact situation, and to be refunded for any shipping charges I may have incurred if any.

Review: I placed an order at East Coast TV and the product was shipped on July [redacted]. I was never called by the shipping company and made contact yesterday July [redacted]. I was informed that delivery would be July [redacted]. I received no confirmation call from the company. I called the company this evening July [redacted] and was hung up on four times.I finally made contact the woman told me she was on the phone with her mother. I was then told that they would call me Friday and set up shipment for next week. The origin of the delivery is only 3 and a half hours away from me and I spent $249.99 on shipping.Desired Settlement: I want immediate delivery of the TV to my residence. If this cannot be completed then I want the product returned for a full refund.

Review: Delivery was to be between 12/** and 12/**/14, to my daughter in [redacted]. On 12/** I called trucking company and was on hold for over an hour on three separate calls and each time I was automatically connected to a voice mail that was full and could not receive any more messages. On 12/** and 12/** I spoke to [redacted] located in New Jersey, the company where I purchased item. They told me on 12/** that someone would call my daughter, from the trucking company on Friday 12/** to set delivery on Saturday or Sunday. No one called. I called [redacted] Again on 12/** and they said it will be delivered on 12/**. When I said that was not what they told me on 12/**, they said that's all the information they had. I said I wanted to cancel the order and [redacted] In the call center said once I ordered I could not cancel. He further said they ([redacted]) could not control the trucking company and said I should contact them. The trucking company has an email address and I have sent three email and have not had any response. I sent the emails on 12/**. Their site says they respond within 24 hours, but I have had no reply. My daughter sent an email also on 12/** and has not received a reply. I have never had such run around to have an item delivered.Desired Settlement: If item is not delivered by 12/**, I want a cancellation of the item, so I can purchase it somewhere else.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The merchandise was finally delivered on January *, 2015, however I was never given a reason for the delay of more then two and a half weeks.
