I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response the company sent me when I contacted them after they cancelled my flight costing me an extra night's hotel stay and transportation
due to flying me into a different airportPlease save your money and dignity and do not waste you time or funds on this disgraceful airlineI am well aware I will receive no further assistance for the money I lost due to picking this worthless airline, so I'll just do my best to let others know who likely will be dealing with should they make the mistake of choosing this airline

Just because my banking institution has refunded my money because they acknowledge you charged my account without permission does not equate to
the issue is resolvedAmerican Airlines should refund my bank the money as you were in the wrong My banking institution has not been made wholeThe fact that you are waiting plus months to respond further shows the lack of care or concern for you customers.

rejecting this response because:American Airlines has made no attempts to right their wrongsThey left us with horrible customer service and never paid back the money for the hotel room their employees promised we would get back They are built on lies This airline is a disgrace and I would never travel with AA or recommend this airline to anyone ever again They don't deserve a resolution, because we never received one as the customer

I am rejecting this response because:In the message sent 3/12/18, AA indicates they contacted me on 5/26/and 5/28/This simply is not trueThis complaint has already been closed once due to no contact on the part of AAThen, they attach two .pdf files dated with the aforementioned dates somehow implying they had been sent to me previouslyHowever, I never received any correspondence from AA, outside of seeing these responses in the current message (from 3/12/18)As it appears AA has no intention of reimbursing or even attempting to satisfy me as a customer, I request the Revdex.com lower AA's business rating due to lack of communication and dishonesty regarding the handling of this complaint

rejecting this response because American Airlines never reimbursed us for the full cost of replacement items while our luggage was lostAs indicated in our original complaint, they reimbursed us for a portion of our loss, but not allWe made very clear what the total loss was so there should be no confusion on American's part about what is owed.It's unfortunate that all a company has to do is issue a vague statement saying they responded to us and Revdex.com will close the file! I would hope that the Revdex.com would pursue customer complaints more aggressively than thatAs someone who works in customer service and has addressed Revdex.com complaints, my company would never expect such a simple response to cut it
