Review: American Association of Christian Counselors accepted my order for multiple tickets for their Wildfire Weekend event in [redacted] on 4/9/2014, 4/10/2014 and 5/8/2014. A few weeks later, they cancelled the event and promised a full refund within 6 months. It has been over 6 months and after multiple calls to their offices, their representatives still cannot give me a date or even a timeline when I will receive my refund. I will say that their staff has been polite each time I have called.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $828.00 immediately.

Review: I PURCHASED A TICKET FOR "GREENVILLE 2014 WILDFIRE WEEKEND FOR MEN" ON 3/28/2014. PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE FOR 4/25/2014 AND 4/26/2014, THE EVENT WAS CANCELLED. I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT THE REGISTRATION FEE OF $65.50 WOULD BE REFUNDED. OVER THE PAST 16 MONTHS, I HAVE CONTACTED THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN COUNSELORS SEVERAL TIMES TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE REFUND. EACH TIME THE REPRESENTATIVE HAS TAKEN MY NAME AND ADDRESS AND STATES THAT THE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO "THAT DEPARTMENT". IT IS EXTREMELY POOR CUNSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR A CHRISTIAN COMPANY, TO HOLD THE CONSUMER'S MONEY FOR 16 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY REMORSE.Desired Settlement: RECEIPT OF REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $65.50.

Review: In Sept. of 2013, I ordered tickets for our men's group at church for Wildfire Weekend. Long story short, this event was rescheduled from April 25-27 for June 13-15(which has since been canceled) and I was sent an email informing me of the changed dates and was given the option to get a refund. I notified AACC and explained I wanted a refund for the men's tickets. I have called on a weekly basis, at least once to check the status of the refund. I can't give the guys back their money until this refund arrives. I was also told I would receive a check because it had been so long since I ordered. Each time I call I'm told the same thing. I've been transferred to the accounting department and no one answers. I've left several messages with no return call. It is now almost August and still no answers as to where the refund is. Refund amount is $908.00Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund amount of $908.00 ASAP.

Review: We purchased tickets to the Wildfire Weekend event in Tampa, FL scheduled for June 2014. The event was cancelled with little notice and the company stated refunds would be issued within 180 days. It has been 8 months and I have not received the promised refund. I have contacted the company via email to no avail and when I called the organization about the refund I was told I was on the list for checks to be sent out. This was three weeks ago and I have not received a check. I paid by debit card so I have no recourse with my bank.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund as promised for the full amount paid.
