ADHI has provided poor workmanship and customer service throughout this experienceMost communications have occurred verbally, which include multiple individuals from ADHI saying this work should be fixedUnfortunately, most of this isn't recordedHowever, I do have a saved voicemail from their service director clearly stating that these issues would be fixedHe lied in the most recent conversation (when the area operations manager was on the phone as well) and stated he never said he would fix the issuesThankfully I still have thatIn regards to the wavy wall, I'm wondering why the previous siding was not wavy? From the inside of the garage, the studs are in line
I'm thankful the Revdex.com was able to illicit a response from this companyI've been dealing with them for over a year, and during that time they always maintained the stance these issues would be fixedUnfortunately, they're now going back on their wordIt's interesting how they're now making excuses for everything, when most of these issues should be fairly simple to fix
Regarding the cheap quality of workmanship, here are a few examples of how they cut cornersThe original estimates had the gutters being replacedThis never happenedThe insurance company was going to pay for window frames (trimming) to be replacedInstead, they simply framed around the old onesA lot of junk was left behind, over a hundred nails and other sharp objectsThe sales rep was excited to hear this because it meant they received a discount on the work that was being doneHowever, this discount was not given to me, who's been picking up the junk for the last year
Basically, what it comes down to, is to do what you say you're going to doThey have not done that

Our Service Manager,*** and our Senior Customer Service Specialist,*** have both explained to Mr.*** his issues are structural and not due to poor workmanshipWe take pride in our work and our customer service, we regret that Mr.*** feels different*** spoke with Mr.*** on 08/19/and informed him again our company would not be doing any repairs to the sidingMr.*** stated he understood and said he will research how to get framing fixed
If Mr.*** has any documentation stating anything other, we ask that he send it to our corporate office for review

American Dream Home Improvement has reviewed the complaint and spoken with Ms*** in regards to the possible over payment We have our management team and our accounting department reviewing this We are also working with the insurance company to review what funds were allotted for
our company and what funds were allotted for repairs we did not perform There appears to be a discrepancy between what our company invoiced the insurance company and what they ended up paying Ms*** for the work we performed We have assured Ms*** that we will expedite this review and hope to have an answer for her before the end of next week Should Ms*** have any further questions or concerns, she can feel free to reach out to *** *** at *** *** *** or email her at ***

We have contacted Ms*** and sorted out her billing concerns. As for the gutters, she is contacting the company that originally installed them and we will credit her account for the cost to have them corrected. She thanked us for helping her out with her questions and concerns and
