If I can oy give a negative star I wouldThis is the worst lender I've ever worked with courtesy of its senior loan officer Charles A*** who never answered emails or calls or texts to give us an update on our loanBut he was fast getting our money for an appraisal and after that never communicated back as to what is happening to our loanThe company should just get rid of him as he is further tarnishing the reputation of the companyJust walk away from them if you want to spare yourself of the disappointments

I am filing Complaint against American Financial Network.iNC.regarding Personal and Government documents ,and refund for Appraisal fee $and for a Termite Inspection $ 2125.00.This episode started back in July ending in August 2016.Their was different people started off working with me on this refinancing loanI have email copies of the people who was working with me, but finally begin working with *** *** who sent me list by email of all the things you need .He asked for Bank statements ,Tax form 1099, my DD-and the papers and ID cards are personal and private what they have done to put this loan together, they started form the back of the loan formIt taken almost to months to get the paperwork doneI am reaching out to you for help against these Company
