Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare! Requests for documents not once, twice but sometimes times Promised a close dateThe date came and went Had a roof leak, they must have thought the whole house was going to cave in Asked for a year guarantee from our roofer (we were getting a loan to re-roof our house) Then weeks later needed a contract signed by us that we were going to hire the roofer Then weeks later were told they wouldn't do the loan because of the leak 2,square foot home a leak that damaged foot of ceiling - that's % of the entire home We have a check from the insurance company to fix the damage which is now null and void because of this loan fiasco It has gone on for more than days - we were originally going to close in Nothing like being strung along

I signed an agreement in May with this company to consolidate my loans with *** * *** ***I was promised once I'm approved that I won't have to pay *** anymoreLooking at my accounts, I'm still being charged by FedLoanI contacted *** and some of the information that American Financial used on my application they used is actually falseFor exampleOn my forgiveness application, it stated that my household was people and that I have childrenThat is false, I live alone and have no childrenThis is an unethical representation of my Student Loan forgivess and fear that this could affect negatively in the case of ever being audited, by the governmentI attempt to contact the agent that assisted me with the agreement and has ignored my calls and emailsI called American Financial's customer service twice the number on and was also told that I was protected under a forbearance cause in which I should no longer pay FedLoanupon approval, However, af

I recently worked with Sam S*** from American Financial NetworkHe was nothing but amazing in how he helped usHe kept us informed, made sure we had or knew how to retrieve all the documents needed to complete our refinanceAt one point during the process, I went overseas (military) and Sam worked with my wife while I was awayI will definitely recommend Sam and American Financial Network to anyone I know in need of their serviceThank you Sam and to the rest of the Team that worked to get the refi complete
Our experience with Vince Bucca on our home loan was outstanding! He was available to answer questions via phone, text, or email 24-which was very impressive to us The process from pre-qualification to closing was very quick and simple We highly recommend Vince and American Financial Network
Matthew C*** and his staff made our refinance move very smooth and very fast They took the time to go over the loan documents and answer any questions that we had They were very patient with all questions and the efficiency was excellent

Back in May I started looking for a home in NCI was refereed to American financial Network by Wells Fargo for a USDA loanThey put me in contact with *** *** at the Philly officeI started working with him In may and was preapproved for a USDA loanOn June 20th I put a contract on a home in Rockingham NCThat's when this mess startedHe new my situation from the start, I am legally separated from my husband and he had all my info from the start as I am on disabilityIt took him from June 20th to Oct 11ish to get my loan to actually say clear to closeHe told us before it was clear to close but it actually wasn'tBy the time we were able to actually close the seller would not extend our contract any moreShe had already extended it numerous timesAt this point *** referred me to a neighboring Mortgage company that he said was better to work with and would get me to close fasterthat was wrong*** also does not use a company email because he told me that they monitor h
If I could give them stars I would! This experience has been by far the worst experience EVER! After talking with "Greg" he insured us we could have this refinance done in less than months( I would be taking a leave of absence from my employer and starting a job at the school district, so we wanted to plan ahead for the pay cut) We got paperwork back promptly each time we were asked Out of the blue we stopped hearing back from Greg, finally another person finally contacted us, "oh sorry he is no longer with us"Loan starts making progress again, (at this point its been about months) They start re-requesting the same crap we already faxed over to the first guy We would ask questions and get some BS answers and 90% of the time they left majority of our questions unanswered AFN kept insuring us that it should be finishing up very soon, just waiting on this or thatWe heard that for another monthsWe stressed to them how important this is and that we are WELL over the timeframe we talked aboutEach month as we got closer to our mortgage being due we would be told not to make the payment and then BAM we would have to make it And believe me they were right there with their BS excuse about closing or escrow or not hearing back from our current loan company in time NON STOP EXCUSES THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE PROCESS At this point we are going on 1/months, falling behind on payments, paying late etc(All the things we were trying to avoid) WE ARE PISSED AT THIS POINT!! We talk with this "head guy" Doug Lawrence, he promises us he is "personally" going to see this through We hear from him for maybe a week Again every document is taking weeks to hear anything about Leave messages for Doug (because he is personally going to take care of this) never hear back from him again! It has been over months since we started this refinance, it finally closed recentlySome of our creditors are still waiting to be paid off from AFN The only person that ever took the time to respond to questions and issues we had was the processor AngelicaSadly even though she would get back to us usually her answers were complete BS and never matched up to the time frames she would give us We got the craziest run aroundThe escrow department (Lani) was always on vacation, Donovan left for a family emergency, blah blah
We now have a higher interest rate, are still waiting for a few creditors to get there payoffs, and HA, AFN has already sold our loan, we haven't even made a first payment We have heard back from NO ONE about where the remainder of our payoffs are
LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR REFINANCING!!
Excellent Service Very friendly and professional team Keep up the good work!

After I sent my complaint I did not receive any call for about a week, Then last week I got four calls and this week I have gotten two calls so far. I think now I would like to file a formal harassment, please advise how I would go about filling. The letter that I have attached is the email I sent to USA Loan which is affiliation of the said company. Thank you.

[I’m saying again, this business never tried to reach me, and their next excuse will be that they sent the email to wrong email address by mistake. Overthat I prefer to keep our emails on Revdex.com email because I don’t feel that you say the truth specially after I dealt with your business and I had the worst customer service I ever seen. I don’t need any offers from your business, I want my money back which you made me pay it couple days before you reject my loan. By the way I didn’t pay until your officer gave me promises to close on 10.02.17!! I already bought my house within 15 days after you ripped me off and treading me in bad way!!!! I tried to reach 5 of your loan officers and all of them treated me so bad and I don’t think you’ll be better than them!!! I filled a disturbing on the appraisal but I want the rest of the $1500 which is almost $1000 ]
