These people made me apply for a mortgage loan from thier by giving a 100% answers on my questions and pushed me to hurry up and find a house to buyFirstly they gave me approval for $ but after my agent contacted the loan officer for a written document they changed the letter and gave me another one for $150,Anyway , they make me paying money a giving me a fake promises and after we got in arguments they refused my loan to cause me money lostThey said that they refused my loan because I changed my job month ago before the closing which is not right because they made me pay the appraisal and made me drive for hours to provide them more documents and guaranteed the loanthey promised me to finish my loan but after I paid they started ignoring my phone calls so I complained to thier branch manager who sent emails to finish my process without any delayBut they took it in a revenge way and denied my loanThe witness on thier promises are a loan officers and branc

I have been telling this company to stop calling me as far back as of May , I have receive call everyday and everyday I would tell them to stop calling me and it got so bad that I stop answering my phone, and have missed calls because when I don't answer one number they use another number .Then when I do answer I tell them I told you guys not to call me anymore they hang up on me and then call back several hours later someone else calls me, and they proceed to ask me if I would like to refinanced, and I say no and I still get a phone call every dayI did not have their information until I got the guy to send me information though my email
