On our Website it does explain generic pictures shown When customer came into the store customer was shown the $mattress, they are not "mattress toppers" but actual mattresses for that price American Freight does not carry "mattress toppers" Customer was shown an array of mattresses at different prices, shapes, sizes and designs, customer still purchased the $mattress.Customer can replace, reselect or use a store credit but if there is a difference in price that difference must be paid

On Monday, March 20, 2017, I purchased a dinette set from American Freight and Furniture located at Page BlvdStLouis, MO My sales representative's name is Stephen Stephen checked inventory for the "set" and informed me he had the table in stock and asked if "I would mind having the chairs from the display?" The website makes NO mention that this mattress is not what they show in the picturesWhen stating that the picture is only for advertising purposes, how does that inform the customer that this isn't what they are sellingJust that it is a stock photo of a mattressThe product description doesn't give the customers any reason to believe that it's not similar to the pictureWhen I called to talk to the sales associate at the Northfield store, he never mentioned anything about the mattress not being a mattressWhen I drove out there, he told me they are not allow to say anything about the mattress over the phoneOnly when customers come in the storeThis is totally misleading!

There were over calls made to the store and the corporate office from this customer Everyone from the Assistance Store Manager, Store Manager, Regional Manager, to the Corporate office Customer Relations Director.....all of us explained the warranty policy but she was to unreasonable to communicate too -"I was told I had to pay for the new mattress and then would get a refund within days".....we don't have a policy such as this, the more that is communicated the more that seems to get twisted.....moving forward American Freight stands by our first response and in good faith a 25% discount will be given to the replacement of the mattress that was destroyed in customer house fire There will be no refund or a free mattress replacement, customer did not meet the criteria for a warranty claim

Please have this customer call our store to pick up the furniture....after furniture is in the store...this customer can come in and have her card refunded Please ask this customer to refrain from any aggressiveness and disrespect to our people

We are both disabled. My husband was at home alone on Saturday, Feb 25, 2017 when the delivery people dropped off the couch and loveseat. At no time did the man ask my husband about removing the plastic and packaging, which was part of the 80.00 fee we paid them. The delivery man states my husband told him to go. We had purchased the 99.95 fabric treatment and when it was deliver there was no documentation that it had been done. The package looked liked it had never been off the couch/loveseat. I came home and called on Saturday spoke with Jack(Manager) he said he would call back. I called again Sunday, We then drove there on Monday. A round trip of 60 miles. We were told then that "Oh they just forgot to give us the box with the warranty and yes it was treated, but if you run into any problems with stains within the next 6 months or year we will replace it." their policy isn't stayed any where and I wasn't told about the check refund policy until I went in and asked for a refund

American Freight's regional manager [redacted] has spoken directly with this customer today as well as on 4/28. He has advised that the customer is willing to wait for a replacement Sofa to come in so the damaged product can be exchanged.

I've replied so many times it's ridiculous All you care about is "closing out" the complaint NOT helping to resolve it.You've had numerous complaints about this company and yet by closing out the complaint without resolving it to the complainant's satisfaction you actually make it look like the business "resolved" the complaint All they did is say NO, NO, NO and you run away like a dog with his tail between his legs.Bow-Wow and Happy Holidays to you!

I spoke with this customer about a different complaint on Monday This customer was delivered a warranty swap out Tuesday night that she claims to have damage underneath both pieces of furnitureShe sent an email last night in which I responded and advised her we would replace it again After that she was trying to text me after midnight last night to which I did not respond I will call her this morning and schedule a replacement to get out to her just as I promised her in my email

Thursday, October 13,2016, I paid in full for a black spider lamp Total cost $cash American Freight was going to order it The lamp was to arrive at the store on or around November 13, I realized that I could not afford to buy a lamp at this time On Tuesday, October 18,2016, I traveled fifty miles round trip to get a refund I was told that a company check would be issued to the store in seven days, and that I would have to piup at the store in Portage I told the clerk- Shakir B [redacted] ,that I would have to pay my driver more gas money I asked if the check could be sent directly to me, and was told no That when the check arrive, that the clerk would call me to let me know that they received it Shakira said, she would call to let me know, that she was mailing it to me!! Wow! The check could have been mailed from Uganda by then!! I paid twenty five dollars for both trips to Portage I REALLY NEED MY MONEY!! My financial situation does not

According to the system all she is missing is the headboard, which I have transferred for her and is available for pick up or drop off We have attempted to call her numerous times (which is updated in the notes, I called her again today) to get her the headboard, a partial refund, or an upgrade I have no way of knowing if there is any other problem with this sale because she refuses to answer the phone or call myself or Dalton back
