I purchased a dresser and mirror for the amount of I had this merchandise for less than hoursIt did not come with the proper screws to be able to put this product togetherWe returned this merchandise back to the store to receive a full refundThe store manager Stephen C [redacted] refused to give my credit back to my credit card The sign in the store said returns are given in daysWhen I questioned him about the days he responded by saying "Oh that is for layaways " The sign did not say Layaway at allI did take a picture of the signI asked him for my refund again he refused to return my money and he forced me take the store creditHe also did not even offer to give us additional screwsThe dresser was defective and he offered no assistant in satisfying my problem

American Freight must abide by our policies and we are legally entitled to them....but out of good faith we will refund Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] must come into the store to have credit card swiped for the refund and the $in cash will come to the store in a corporate check and she can come and sign for it

Customer can not be refunded as I stated in our first response but has options to reselect or store credit There will be no refund

On December 28th, we purchased a king size mattress set, a couch, and a loveseat from American Freight in Carnegie, PAUpon delivery of the order on December 28th, 2017, we noticed two large holes in the king size mattressMrs [redacted] immediately called the store and spoke to Chris, the person who sold us the mattress, and informed him of the issueHe told us that they didn't have one in stock but would order one and it would be delivered within the next monthMrs [redacted] called once a week for three weeks asking Chris as to the whereabouts of the mattressEach time she was told that the mattress had not yet been delivered to them and that they would call when it was delivered A month later, on January 29th, Mrs [redacted] called again and spoke to ChrisHe told her that due to "a little bit of turnover" the mattress that had come in for us was no longer availableWe were told that they would contact the other store and see if they had one and would call us back s

You wanted me to notifive you if I did not receive a response from America Freight, they said I would receive a refund ,but I have not received a refund of $ Thank You

again this isn't trueWe still have emails sent through Revdex.com from last week when I asked for a store credit and wwas told all I could get is free deliveryThen when I called in today to see the hold up, I was told there was no free delivery and I must come pick the item! I made a purchase from this company for $Of which it was paid in full on May04,The delivery was handled by business associates from that companyUnfortunately the delivery was missing dining room chairs which was not delivered and also the bedroom dresser which was brought to my household was damaged on left front edge of dresserIt was promised to be delivered weeks ago now going to weeksI spoke to Edwin P [redacted] who initially informed me last week the items was inAnd when delivery guy Geraldo came to drop off also a missing night stand ; he stated the warehouse did not give him the other items to deliverToday is May , and they are still playing footsies with no definite answersI feel this company is not fulfilling its commitment to product they saleI would like them to either give me the products I purchased or give me refund for items not replaced and deliveredThe excuse they give me they are waiting for warehouse delivery

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11398997, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThey swapped the mattresses out and finally covered the delivery of the mattress

We purchased brand new sofa and love seat in early November of as well as purchased the extended warranty plannot even a month went by and the recliner on the love seat broke, I called right away and told them what happened and they asked me to send them picturesI instantly emailed them pictures and they told me it would be a couple weeks and I would have my new pieceI called them in the middle of Dec and was given some excuse that corporate had to approve that it would be a few more weeks so I waited and never heard anything back from the companyI called them again and the manager said I am getting you a new piece it will be in in a couple days I waited for two weeks to hear back and nothing so I called and got a story oh the wrong piece came in but if you want we can give you another new couch for the same price or I could have the used loveseat off the floor that different other customers have sat inI said no I paid for the set I want the set and I want new like

In April this year I put a sectional on layaway at the [redacted] store, I called my payments in over the phone because I live an hour away from this location, at the end of July I called to pay my last payment, at that time I was told by the manager of the store to "hold off on that last payment" they no longer had that sectional in stock and to come down to pick something else and even if it was more money he would "eat the price" for the inconvenience , well I have been visiting their website frequently to try and find something else I like and they do not have anything else that I like so I went to the store in [redacted] last night to discuss this with the store manager Sam, only to find out he has since been fired for stealingFor example taking peoples payments and not giving them a receipt and keeping the money! So anyway I was told I could not have a refund only store credit and to just keep checking back for something I likeOn my receipt it states "if the merchandise is not available within four week period, you will be entitled to a FULL refund or ALL LAYAWAY PAYMENTS" I am going back to the store today with my husband and getting my money back! After reading reviews on here about bedbugs and people having so many problems with this place I do not want anything from this place except my money!!

I had purchased a bedroom suite from American FrieghtThe bedroom suite was supposed to come in weeks and they were to call me when it arrivedmonths later they finally called me and given my situation of having no place to live and no money I requested a refund on the furnitureThe furniture has never left the store I have not gotten the furniture and when I called the corporate office to nicely ask for a refund the director of customer service was hateful and told me it wasn't my business why other customers have received a refund but I was not getting a refund and refused to speak with me and hung up the phoneRefusing to discuss anything more with me the manager, District manager and the corporate office have been extremely hateful to me and this is extremely upsetting considering a director of customer service is allowed to speak to customers with so much hateful regards and inconsiderationIt is not ok that she can hang up the phone and refuse to speak to me when in no w

We have notified this customer numerous amounts of times to discuss to replacing him but we get no response Customer has options....to replace, to reselect for same monies on receipt or store credit This customer will not be refunded! This is not true I got the warranty phone number by calling America Freight and asking for itTheir employees told me the warranty would cover pet damage multiple times and they know itI want a refund for my warranty

Understand this before I bought the box spring mattress, they or he knew that it would not last very longThat's why he would not put a warranty on it, but the mattress to who it may concern, who have some mulitators, beating peoples out there moneyNow I am telling let the game begin? This is a horrible company to work with we went in we didn't want to buy one of their mattresses that were on the floor we ordered one and they kept telling us after we paid for it that it was on the truck coming in they held our money hostage for three weeks and tried to sell us a different mattress on our first callwe didn't want to entertain that idea so they kept saying it was on next week's truck next week's truck do not go in there if you think you're gonna walk out with anything other than the broken down stuff they have on the floor Blake the assistant manager is rude and unprofessional !!! Mr [redacted] contacted the store claiming is mattress has bed bugs He also willingly admitted his daughter had them a few months ago and she lives at a different location I explained to him our merchandise is factory sealed and we are routinely tested and use pest control services often I also explained to him that unfortunately, it is much more likely that he acquired these from an outside source other than out store I extended our apologies and offered him a great deal on a replacement He insisted on a brand new mattressI explained to him that this is a very large and detrimental allegation and without any proof and no evidence of a problem in our store that I was unable to do that at this time He was very short with me after this but I did leave the offer on the table in case he chooses to come in for a future purchasePlease advise and do if there is anything I can do to further correct this issue feel free to call [redacted] , at this time we will not be taking this mattress back into the building and if he wishes to make another purchase with us in a few days please give me a callThanks! -MICHAEL S [redacted] -
