I did not receive anything from them and I would like to know who signed for my thingsI moved from [redacted] in in the month of June day I will be faxing over my receipts of the guy who I paid in full for my thingsI would also like to see some for of documentation showing that I requested my things to be delivered

This was brought to my attention about days ago [redacted] called me because he had an upset customer stating their claim with guardian was denied [redacted] stated that the customer called guardian to have their couch cleaned and that the guardian rep told them to attempt to clean it themselves first They called [redacted] as they were upset because their attempt at cleaning was unsuccessful and that they called guardian back and was denied having it rectified I told [redacted] I would look into the issue as I was concerned that the customer misunderstood that guardian was going to send them something to use to get it out themselves before scheduling a professional cleaning This would be fairly procedure for guardian I emailed Lauren to get information from Guardian as to the reasons for their denial I can send this explanation and call history to guardian in a separate email Basically it states the customer called had spilled kool aid on the sofaAttempted to clean themselves and now has a ring on the sofa from the cleaner they used And wanted it fixed Guardian denied their claim as they broke the guidelines to the warranty The warranty in this customers claim to be rectified is with GuardianNot American Freight We have not instructed this customer to clean themselves Nor was that their complaint to us!! I would be happy to offer the customer a 20% discount off the purchase of a replacement sofa

Customer has not reported all the factsTHIS IS HIS SECOND CLAIM...THE FIRST ONE WAS DENIED BUT AMERICAN FREIGHT SWAPPED IT OUT ANYWAY--HENCEFORTH--PLEASE NOTE: FIRST REPLACEMENT FROM HIS FIRST CLAIM The second claim being done is dated 2/WE MUST WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER'S APPROVAL OR DENIALWe told this customer to days for this claim to process Regional Manager states: We swapped out the first one for free, without a warranty approval he then stated the second one is broken down so he wanted us to swap out again before approval, we simple told him that this time we would have to go through the proper channels to get an approval so that we can take care of himWe are just simply waiting on an approval or denial CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED SOON OF STATUS!

I purchased a sectional couch and ottoman from this company and paid for delivery. While the delivery man was assembling it he stated that a leg to the ottoman was broken and would return with a new one the next day. Nobody shows the next day and I call and they said it would be there by the end of that day. I called for 6 days in a row only to be promised it would be dropped off only to be stood up for the whole week. To this day I still do not have the leg for it and would like this issue resolved.

Attached is a copy of the receipt in regards to defective furnitureIt specifically says:ALL WARRANTY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGNAL BILL OF SALE! It does not say defective furniture is not refundableAlso, I have never been disrespectful to any of their employeesI have never hollered at anyoneI have actually only spoken to three people at American Freight JT Thorpe, 2times, Susan one time and all I said to her was I wanted a cash refund, not another couchShe yelled at me: You are not getting a refund, and hung up on meI have sent several emails that were not responded toI was told to contact the District Manager Josh and given his phone numberI called him times and asked him to return my callHe never didAs far as the Manufactuerer they did send them the a [redacted] of money they paid them for the couch, therefore that is why there is a credit at the store! I also have my receipt in front of me and it is dated 12/22/14, not November! I have been trying to get this issue resolved since mid August and have been hung up on and disrespected by the employees due to not responding to my calls or emailsI honestly have never said anything disrespectful to any one at American Freight, I have just asked for my money back for the defective furniture they sold meAlso, as I said yesterday, we got the couch on 12/22/and left Ohio with our house unused by anyone while we were in Florida for over two monthsThey misrepresented the extended warranty they sold me and said it would cover anything that went wrong with the couch and that is not true at allI have read several reports on American Freight and they are notorious for being rude and bullying their customersI will not be bullied into accepting another piece of crap furniture from their store! Please help me on this issue as it just keeps dragging on with them trying to force me to accept inferior furniture from their storeI want a full refund for the total a [redacted] on my receipt! This customer purchase their table and chairs 5/ This furniture is over years old There has been ware and tare on this furniture The manufacturers year warranty on this furniture has expired and the customer did not meet the specifications of the guidelines of their Guardian warranty and was denied PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT A WARRANTY IS NOT AN ISTANT REPLACEMENT....SPECIFICATION MUST BE MET FOR ANY REPLACMENT.This customers husband did come in on 9/26/and out of good faith we told him to bring back his damaged pieces and we would be happy to replace them and would refund their warranty also.....he said he would be back the next day to return them and pick up the new.As in all returns customer must return the damaged furniture to our store so the replacements can be given to the customer American Freight must receive the damage furniture back which was again explained to this customer husband If customer does not have the means to bring back the damaged furniture we have a sub contracting delivery service that could help them but this service must be paid for!

I had ordered furniture on 7/11/ but I had went in the store on 7/24/and took off the sofa and added a chair and sectionalthey said it would be here on 8/and still did not receive itI got in touch with the corporate office and they said that they would look into to it on 8/on 8/I got an email and that stated they would pass it along to managementstill nothingon 8/I told them the process was taking to long and I would be in for my money backwhen I went in to switch the furniture on 7/I had to pay a difference of 50$ which I paid on my cardwhen I went to the store to get my money back they refunded the 50$ back but said that they have to get the rest approved because it was cash and that it would be a check that will come to the store and we had to come back to the store to pick it upMatt is they person we dealt withwell I call yesterday 9/still no check the manager did not get on the phone and they said they would call back like always but never g

I am [redacted] . I can't help it if your sales people are incompetent and can't spell my last name correctly when I did spell it for them when I purchased the sectional. I have spoken with the company as has my fiancé on my behalf. My dispute is not with the delivery company it's with the crappy company providing crappy furniture and acting like they are doing a service when it shows on the invoice I purchased the warranty for said piece of furniture. If I don't receive some type of apology and compensation for the rude service, how myself and my fiancé has been treated when dealing with their employees I will seek a lawyer in settling this dispute. $2000 when buying furniture is NOT pocket change and the fact it took 7 months to even get the pieces we originally complained about exchanged because they were broken or shoddy quality on arrival & to be treated as though I'm a evil person because I want some type of compensation for the hideous service I've received & the rude treatment we've received every time we've went to deal with this company. From being told we were being done a favor when we've purchased the warranty to the fact that every piece we've received has had some type of problem. If this is how this company conducts business and the type of quality of product they have their prices need to be seriously reduced.

I bought two mattresses from this company and one of the mattresses has been fine and the other one has had an issue within even a yearThere's a year warranty on the mattresses I am trying to get one of the two mattresses replaced I did everything that they asked me to do with pictures and measuring and showing that there was no stains and no malice to the mattress I went to the store and I tried numerous times to talk to their corporate office The claim number I have is [redacted] All they rudely keep telling me is that the claim was denied I cannot get any information on what else I can do or why it was denied only that it was denied The corporate office lady Susan has been very rude and will not speak to me she claimed that I was being a nuisance All I'm trying to do is get my mattress replaced and I've been very professional with them

This customer furniture has been delivered

I purchased a couch from them a year ago at their store in Lafayette, Indiana. I paid for the couch in full with cash. After only having the couch for a month, it started to make a noise when you sat on it. Approximately 8 months later when someone sat on it, the couch completely collapsed. I went to the store and was told to submit a claim, along with pictures. I submitted the claim back in February of 2018. I was told I would hear something within 30 days. After not hearing from anyone, I finally contacted the store manager. All he will tell me is that they are "working on it." Here it is almost 3 months later and I still have a broken couch that is unsafe and that no one can sit on. I have sent multiple emails to the store manager and now I am getting no response at all. I have no idea where to go from here.I have even asked the store manager if there is someone else that I could contact and I have yet to receive a response.
