All of our Sales are Final, this is stated on all our receipts and all our signs over the counters of our storesThere will be no refund We will be happy to replace it or this customer can reselect to anything else in store matching the amount on their receipt.....if there is a difference in price, it must be paid for REPLACE, RESELECT OR STORE CREDIT

I purchased furniture from American Freight in Metairie LA in April I made payments on the furniture because my house was not to be completed until June There were NO issues with our original salesman and my living room sectionalside chairs, dining table and chairs were delivered on time with no problems 01/I noticed that my table began to bubble/bulge in spotsI called American Freight and they advised that I have to call the Guardian Warranty Company to file a warranty claim I did that and they said that my warranty does not cover the bulging wood on my table and that I have to speak with American Freight because it is a manufacturer issue I called American Freight, spoke with a female manager and she asked that I email pictures to her and she will be in touchweeks went by and no word from American Freight I called back and spoke with a male managerHe asked that I email pictures directly to himI immediately forwarded the email that was pre

On December 13th of I had called to ask for a refund on my bed set that was falling apart I did everything they asked sent pictures took down my one star on fb about the bed my refund so I was told was approved and it would take - weeks to get here and when it does I was to bring the bed set back and swap for the checkWell after weeks and not receiving a phone call about the refund check it called and kept getting a run around from the employee's about it not being there yet so I asked for a Manger and come to find out my refund check was not put through to be approved so they have lied to me for about weeks So when I called on January 2nd I was told that this time it was put through and it was going to be rushed for my inconvenience So I waited about a week and call and the Manger would not get on the phone with me or call me back I was told that it was not there yet and that they would call when they get it I'm getting very up set that it's been another weeks t

When I originally purchased my furniture I also purchased the warranty because I was told that if I get it I can replace my cushions and pillows at any time within a five year period that have been smashed or just worn down from everyday wear and tearI purchased the furniture and warranty on March October of I called to order some new cushions because I wanted to have them before the holidaysI spoke with a guy who said that he put the order in and the cushions and pillows should be in in six weeksSix weeks go by and no callI called them back after the six weeks to find out about my order and was told that the guy I spoke to never put the order in and that I had to do the process all over againThis happen two more timesI was told one of the times that it happened because they switched managers but that should not have affected and order in my opinionIt is now May 10, and I still haven't heard anything about my last order which was made two months ago in

She came in the store on 7/and purchased a Royal Elegance queen mattress only for $+ tax Her complaint is that the website states that the mattress is $ This is of course referring to the price when purchased in a set Unfortunately when the set is broken up the mattress is more expensive If she would like to come back in we would be happy to sell her a queen foundation for $to complete the set price of $each piece, or $for the set We are sorry for the confusion and hope this clears it up

The store's response is basically the same as they sent to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, except they added the first sentence stating "AMERICAN FREIGHT will not deal in manipulation and vengeance!"that's EXACTLY what they DO!!! I received notice that this complaint was closed due to non-response from me.I was not fully aware of the timeline, but I had intended to respond I lost my job in VA about a month ago and have been traveling to NE Ohio (Alliance, OH) to help my elderly mother with properly, trust and legal issues I could not take the additional pictures of the damaged sectional sofa (as requested by American Freight) until I returned home yesterday I sent the pictures to the representative yesterday; I do not have a response yet I feel they may not follow up if the complaint is closed.I had no one here in VA to take the pictures needed If possible, please re-open the complaint This was a case of a sofa (nearly $1000) that began to fall apart just after a year Many thanks,

Customer received a free set of coffee and end tables on 6/for her inconvenience That was the same day this complaint was sent to the Revdex.com I left her a voicemail and haven't received a response yet

Yes the new crew came out and the "new" crew who they sent out, damaged a dresser I have, put marks on my wall, threw two support pieces into drawers because they didn't know where they were supposed to go, and didnt put a wooden piece in place with bolts so now my bed is essentially not put together properly AGAIN! The crew they had sent out never even put together a bed before and the American free attorney is shored me that the crew they were sending out to my home knew what they were doing they did apologize for scratching up my existing dresserThe attorney hasn't responded any emails or phone calls from my attorneySo how else am I being compensated?

I would steer clear of this business. I purchased a sectional from this store, I was happy with it until I realized the seams were coming apart and a spring broke loose in a cushion. The manager was great and immediately walked me through the steps to getting a new one. They assured me that the warranty was untouched, I asked if I should purchase another warranty so we were covered, they told me this was a manufacturer defect so I was fine and the warranty was still in place. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to the replacement. I sent pictures and said if we use the warranty that would be fine but now they tell me the warranty is no longer good and I am stuck with a busted sectional unless I would like to purchase another. I do not have the money to just buy another sectional, I spent about 1300 on this and the ottoman just to have a piece of junk falling apart. Do yourself a favor and go to another store, save yourself the headache

American Freight has a year manufacturer warranty on all our furniture, we do this in good faith for all our customers if their is damage or a defect on anything purchased....this customer furniture is older than a year and not eligible for this warranty.This customer has filled a claim with the warranty company she bought an extra warranty through and was denied.This customer must understand the a warranty is not an "instant replacement" her claim must meet the specifics of the warranty...and her claim did not.Again, we are happy to give this customer a good discount if they wish to replace with another

I bought the table set in I paid for a five year extended warranty witch was $when it started breaking I call the company and told them they said they would get back with me I waited waited 2y went by the store and talked to them they said take pictures and send to the email waited waited last year did the same thing went back in the store February they told me to email pictures again I emailed pictures to [email protected] text me back asking the location of the store I text them the address nothing again I called again they said text the pictures to store95@americanfreight that was last month

I PURCHASED A BED AND MATTRESS SET AND WAS TALKED INTO MAKING WEEKLY PAYMENTS TOLD IT WOULD BE SAME AS CASH FOR 6 MONTHS BY THE SALES ASSOCIATE. ONLY TO FIND OUT 4 WEEKS AFTER BRINGING THE BED HOME THAT WHAT HE ACTUALLY HAD ME SIGNED UP TO DO WAS A LEASE TO OWN AGREEMENT. IT TOOK 4 WEEKS TO GET THE AGREEMENT IN MY E-MAIL, FINALLY, AFTER REQUESTING IT 8-10 DIFFERENT TIMES BEFORE GIVING MY 1ST PAYMENT. WHEN I QUESTIONED WHY MY INITIAL MONIES DOWN PLUS WHAT I HAD JUST PAID SHOULD HAVE HAD THE CASH PRICE OF 896.00 DOWN TO 700. THAT WAS 5 WEEKS AFTER BRINGING THE BED HOME, THE BALANCE WAS LITERALLY ONLY 56.00 DOLLARS LESS AFTER PAYING 196.00 INTO THIS, THATS THE FIRST I LEARNED OF THIS LEASE/RENT TO OWN. OF COARSE THIS BECOMES MY WORD AGAINST THE SALES PERSONS. HOWEVER THE WAY THIS ALL HAPPENED THERES NO WAY IT COULD BE THE 1ST TIME SO LOOK INTO IT ON YOUR OWN, HOWEVER ONLY PAY CASH FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL GET STUCK BY THE OUT OF NOWHERE BANK THEY DO BUSINESS WITH WINDING UP NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT PAYING 3,000.00 FOR A BED IN WEEKLY PAYMENTS THAT I COULD HAVE JUST PAID 896.00 SAME DAY FOR. AS FOR THE BANK, AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE, THEY WITHOUT MY APPROVAL STARTED TAKING MONIES OUT OF MY ACCOUT AS THEY SAW FIT UNTILL I HAD TO CANCEL THE ACCOUT TO STOP THEM . THEY THEN STARTED DOING THE SAME FROM MY WIFES ACCOUNT TILL CANCELING HERS AS WELL. THEY LITERALLY STOLE MONIE FROM OUR ACCOUNTS AND WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE DUE TO US GIVING THEM THE INFO IN THE FIRST PLACE EVEN THOUGH NEVER GIVING PERMISSIONS TO DO SO. PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. LIKE I SAID THE WAY THEY DID US THERES NO WAY WE WERE THE FIRST/ ONLY/ NOR IM SURE GOING TO BE THE LAST.

I went in and paid cash for two queen and one kind bedroom suits, kitchen table and chairs, and a living room setNot only did “someone” disclose my personal purchase information, leaving my children and I in danger, but I was not notified prior to paying that the couch, kitchen table and chairs were on back order until AFTER I paid Then one of the dressers delivered was damaged, and here it is almost TWO months later and I still don’t have my couch or kitchen table and chairs and they still haven’t replaced my dresserI have received three phone calls of information saying they would deliever on such date and the never called or showed up
